Helpful staff The room is rusty, old, dark. Found big flies in the room

Nothing. It was run down. The room has cockroaches ?. The bed was old and lumpy. Shower room had a crack in the wall. Floor was dirty, hallway to room was dusty, phone was not clear when we call the receptionist. The toilet at the ground floor had a time, when i was still inside it the light when out. Horribe place to stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, bed size is descent. The location is not very convenient. Neither to/from the airport nor to other areas of the city. The room has run down its course. I found it filthy. The thin towels have a white-off colour and smell terrible. Very poor state altogether. The lift was broken, so had to take the service lift.

Lobby is spacious and Nature friendly. Room is very equipped in small area I felt very congested in the room I found one rat in the room and ate d my food. There is Indian food at your kitchen. Too much disappointed

Did not have breakfast. Did not receive information regarding this. Located on a very busy road, our room was obviously at the front of the building, with load traffic noise the whole night. Window did not close properly. Wifi temperamental. Walls in room could have been cleaned.
