Breakfast was good. Receiption staff were very helpful. Room service is good. Nice location Even though i stayed in Executive room , There is no mirror in the room. We need to go wash room for makeup. Thats not nice.

The room smells good, the bed is comfy, the breakfast is delicious, and the pool is spacious. I like to use wara wiri to reach the facility The location is hard to reach because the traffic is everywhere. Some foods are slow-refilled, and some tables are slowly cleaned. The table's position is too dense

I chose this hotel because I was in a pinch and the concert I wanted to go to was held at BCIS. It was a really good location if you wanted to make it there, about 5 minutes if you take a taxi, but ~30 minutes if you walk. It's also in a scenic area (near the beach) so you can get a good amount of pretty photos there. The room itself was pretty clean in my opinion and the staff was pretty friendly and tried to help when able. I got there the day of the concert and I got there way before check-in (~9am), but they said they'd be able to hold my luggage and and let me know if it was ready earlier and I ended up being able to get into my room a little early. The breakfast was actually quite good and it's not your typical continental breakfast. I really enjoyed some of the Indonesian dishes I was able to try and I looked forward to eating the breakfast before I went about my day. The dish I ended up having a lot was the kue cubit, but a lot of their breakfast items are worth trying and if you are trying to save on food costs/traveling around, it's a good option. It's in the Ancol area so you do have to pay a fee to go in and out (but they tell you that on the page I believe) so if you are staying in that area, it's fine, but if you want to travel out then the costs can add up. Also, with that because you do pay a fee, it seems there's a curfew to get back because at a certain point the gate time closes I think? But, it's something to consider if you want to be out for long. One other thing that is minor is that although they do speak a little English at this hotel, it's not super fluent English, just enough to help. I wouldn't be expecting too much if you are from the US coming over.

Very long check in. One room received after 4 pm. Very slow in all activity in check in. Breakfast very bad quality. And lack of food. Coffee machine slow, bread heater malfunction etc

View to the ocean and location within the recreational area, where you have a lot of things to do within the area. The elevator system still using old system, could be improve by adding security measures, so only designated guests with room keys are able to get on the elevator.
