Nothing There were cockroaches all over the room, including on the bed and bathroom. The entire corridor and the elevator smelled really bad. We decided not to stay there after seeing the cockroaches. We went to another hotel. They didn’t refund us.

The position is very close to Ancol and it has its own restaurant and sky lounge. Got a free upgrade to the highest room type. The room doesn't look like the picture. The floor was kinda wet and smells like old wood. The room is not comfortable as a suite supposed to be. The receptionist said the room is facing the ocean, but the ocean is barely seen. The water kettle was broken, we requested towels for more tham 3 times and still didn't receive enough. We have 2 bathrooms with no towels, hand towel or else. The room is plain and doesnt feel like home at all. Supper disappointed remembering that I ordered the suite and expected something, at least, cozy enough to have a staycation with family.

The hotel room quite spacey include the mini kitchen. The hotel lobby smells kind of urine smells mixed with strong air freshner. The towel in the bathroom not literary white anymore with some spots on it same as the pillow cases. The wall bit dirty and the floor need more cleaning.

A hole on the side of mattress. One bulb in bathroom lat shower location wasnt working. Mosquitos in the room. Curtains, walls, sofa all very very old and with patches of dirt.

Love the restaurant & its ambience. Also love lobby's interior. Bedroom was so damp, especially the towel, & its wall was pretty much dirty. And no bathtub mat so I had to order it to receptionist. Receptionist & security weren't too spry for customer satisfaction, especially when other customer took queue without permission.

the staff were friendly but that’s about it. the rooms were nothing like published. this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to or booked from this site. the corridors were dusty and many small pieces of trash around. the room itself was unlivable — the couch was sunken, the bed sheets were stained, the bathroom floors were dirty and stained. I borrowed an ironing board and I was given one that was burnt and torn.

Location and security man Pak Plus was very helpful Room service and housekeeping was not good, has to follow up so many times for Towels, air conditioning not available in corridors and lifts, not worth the price taken
