Location next to the mosque More than half of the staff do not speak English. I really did not like being in the lobby, because people constantly came up to me and made comments about me sitting on the sofa incorrectly. This is very annoying. Also, the price is too high if you pay at the reception rather than on Booking.

Safe accessible location. Staff were very nice and always ready to help. A bit disappointed with the room, generally no no water in the shower, curtains that did not open or close, duvet cover that did not look clean, the whole room looked tired. Expected better. Didn't help that they double charged me although they rectified that.

Room space. The staff dont have urgency whensomething happend to guest. I have lost money because of someone admited as a staff and doing massage. He stole my money and staff at reception didnt take any action. Even manager dont have urgency to help the guest. I feel so disappointed and wont repetaed again on this hotel.
