Almost perfect. My request is we need a double lock. My two years old kid can open the door easily Private pool not really so private. When I was swimming there, a husband and his wife came to swim. Its a pool with gender based hours. So the hotel must have a consistency in its rules.

The hotel is just refurbished in 2024 so it looks quite different (in a good way) from the photos posted on Booking.com. Staffs are nice and able to communicate in English.

The breakfast spread was nice to kickstart our morning in Jakarta. We love the hotel's location being near Gambir station, to board our train to Bandung. As we booked two rooms, one double room for our parents and a 4-bed room for us sisters, both rooms were massive in size, bathrooms are clean with very nice shower. Everything was perfect and the staff were lovely and helpful!

Located walking distance to national monument, presidential palace, Isaqlal mosque and Gambir station. Though if you have luggage take a taxi to/from Gambir station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room modern, spacious & clean. Everything worked fine. Good breakfast buffet with an egg station. I had one dinner at the restaurant and I enjoyed my meal. Nothing worth commenting.

Nice and Convenient. Large family room. Just what we needed. The fact that this hotel specifically states that it does not accept gay people is reprehensible. The fact that it also does accept unmarried couples makes this a hotel that does not fit in the 21st century

The water from the shower is so small, so it's takes time to clean up The door at my room doesn't have double lock, not like other room, so for a woman, ii don't really feel safe.
