Location is a bit off. Locals told us that it can be unsafe and a lot of petty crimes take place in the vicinity. They won’t recommend walking around.

This was my second stay while visiting Jakarta, and once again, everything was excellent. They have maintained great consistency in their service, which I really appreciate. The breakfast was very good with even more options this time, which made it even better. One thing I really liked was the young and energetic team. The staff bring a fresh vibe to the hotel and make the whole place feel lively, welcoming, and comfortable like home. Thank you to the entire team for the great service. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast, and the place is well located near the city center. The staff is very kind and helpful.

The location was ideal and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, especially Gian who went out of her way to provide great assistance. Good spread of breakfast and it's easy to arrange for pick-up and drop-off to places. Great restaurant in the hotel itself with nice menu for room service. I wish there could have been more provisions like a hand towel and cotton buds in the toilet. The towel also had a bit of a smell but housekeeping changed it when requested.

The hotel is not suitable for families . There are too many teenagers and loud groups of young people hanging around everywhere — it’s really uncomfortable, and I honestly don’t understand why the management allows this.
