It’s perfect in every way I care about in a hotel. The staff were outstanding, always smiling and polite. Check in was easy. The lobby is spectacular with lots of seating available. The room itself was fabulous, with a nice couch, a work desk, a TV with our preferred news channels, and a huge, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and bath, with toiletries that one would need. Downstairs are several restaurants to dine in. We tried the Cascade Lounge, great to have coffee and cake in; the Table8 for Chinese food where we had great tasting soup and roast duck; the Il Mare for Italian food where we had a fish and a chicken dish (should have tried the pizzas, they looked extremely good); and we went to CJ’s Bar for drinks. There is also a huge confectionery shop on the ground floor for sweet cravings. Such a great place to stay and we will certainly be back in future. Nothing.

location was very strategic, was staying to attend a concert in Indonesia Arena and all i need to do was cross the street.

Large room, comfy bed; easy checkout. The single pair of slippers and only one dressing gown inna room with ouble bed booked for Valentine's night. The difficulty trying to control the AC: room was very cold, we tried everything (that did do not work; the display was partially blank - should be simple and not built into a bedside console that has seen better days). The elevators were incredibly slow with one of the eight out of action; we were oj 28th floor, it stopped at six or more floors going up or down. Breakfast selection was OK but fruit was in an adjacent room and - at no time - did the staff indicate it was there. I had to ask because I could not find it (I suggest signs!). All-in-all, not worth the price we paid.
