Spacious rooms, walking distance to restaurants and shopping centers. Good location for a morning and evening jog as well. Pillows in the room could have being bit soft.

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and the room has not changed even with new brand. I was however told by a friend that some floors have already been renovated. The room I got was from the past. There were some stains on the wallpaper and the cushion on the desk chair was very worn and sank completely when I sat on it. There was no electricity outlet by the bedside and only one outlet in the room is versatile. It would have been nice if there was an iron and ironing board in the room. I usually like Artotel chain and hope all rooms will be renovated and modernized soon.

A frequent guest / visitor to this hotel for the past 20 + years and hotel remains the same. Location is great overlooking a large green area with stadium, and related sports facilities in the heart of Jakarta. This green area offers a restful ambiance and outlook that is restorative after what can be a hectic city to visit. Improvements to the lobby contribute to the spaciousness of the Hotel. Its location offers easy access to shopping at Plaza Senayan and Senayan City, and the MRT System to both north and south Jakarta. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was acceptable but could easily be improved - Ambient temperature of boiling water for tea needs to be increased. Overall the hotel could do with some painting and decorating but all in all more than acceptable,

The room is quite rundown, soundproofing is not really well and the rooms have bad smell like smokes and dusts.

Breakfast was so diverse!! And very nice selection from local cuisine to international cuisine! My partner liked it so much! Location was within walking distance from MRT and literally everything else. There are malls close-by for your restaurant or shopping needs. Pool was okay! I liked it! There's bathtub in the room. The price of the stay. Check-in took a little time; I waited at the lobby for about 15-20 minutes. Also, check-out time was very strict; you can't stay for midday prayer. I had wished I could've stayed in the room at least until 12:30, not exactly 12:00.

The breakfast was delicious, the staffs were helpful and nice, the room was comfortable and clean. Maybe because it's an old hotel, the walls are getting thin so we can hear noises from outside. And the aircon is also a little bit noisy.

The room smelled musty, probably due to the aged furniture maybe. There were noticeable stains, possibly mold, on the walls and ceiling. Also there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the TV kept turning off by itself multiple times. The overall vibe of the room felt a bit spooky, maybe because the building is already quite old. As for the service, it was generally good except for one thing. I requested an iron to be delivered to my room at night, but even after multiple follow-ups, it was never delivered until I checked out the next day.
