Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty and the floors in the room were also dirty..it's almost as though they didn't clean after the previous guests before giving the room to the next guest. Sadly the air vent in the bathroom stopped working on day too causing the bathroom pipes to stink , because ei was checking out the next day I didn't bother to much ..but I did let the staff know on check-out. The non smoking room also smelled of smoke, but I suppose in Indonesia you can't run away from smokers haha. Overall disappointed but the staff generally made us feel welcomed.

The room we had was spacious, we ordered room for 4 persons. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good. Location is right around the corner from Chinatown and central. Cleanliness can be improved, a bit dusty in some areas, otherwise good.

Super location to enjoy the chinatown, clean and comfortable rooms, super friendly staff. My stay there was really comfortable and enjoyable.

I like that I was upgraded to better room by the time I checked in. The receptionist was super nice. The location is inside an alley so it helps with the noise from the road. The room was on a darker side. Since it is in Old Town it does not help with jittery feeling (just my imagination) Had no trouble sleeping and no disturbances.

What I like is the location, since it is close by to my office. The reason I stayed over is because it is the only hotel chain the closest to the office and the night was raining. So one available option is to stay over at the hotel since I would be going back to the office the next day. The cleanliness could be better especially in the bathroom area. Despite the simplicity of only providing two in one shampoo and liquid soap it was not filled up and only remaining few drops. No bar soap available so sh***ing is a pain since I had to go over to the shower area to clean my hands.

Everything worked, AC was cool enough. They did housekeeping, replacing the bedding and towels and restocking two new water bottles, which isn’t standard around SEA. Airport was only about 40 mins away by car. The room smelled strongly of mould upon entry and the bathroom had a smell. Either I got used to it, or having the window open for the first day (there was a window opening onto an internal corridor on the room) helped alleviate it, because I stopped noticing by the first evening. Maybe the AC just needed to blow some moisture out. But it was a concern at first. It’s dingy and dated, the bed and pillows are lumpy, the TV was fuzzy (not that I care or watch anything, but I checked it out). By Jakarta standards it might be good at this price point. The surrounding area isn’t great. But Old Town (Batavia) was only about a 950m easy walk away along a straight road. Adequate enough for one night and I slept fine.

I liked the layout of the hotel and the rooms were standard. The outside area was good for parking too. I didn't like the shower because the water temperature had a mind of its own. The ac was fine but the swing was stuck and it kept stuttering going down but other than that I enjoyed the stay.

Location and hotel so comfy but... No iron, no small fridge, no cupboard to hang and place the luggage, no kettle and didn't provide free tea or coffee. Not recommend to those who's bring family.On top of that, no breakfast and no cafe to serve ten food. To make things worst don't expect you can get easy transport or grab to bring you to the airport especially in the morning, most of the driver won't pick u up before 10am. We stranded in the lobby from 7 till 10am just to wait grab or transport to pick us up. The rest is awesome including guard, bell boy, receptionist in the counter etc.

Safe car parking. Easy check in and out. Strategic location, easy to find food. Clean and spacious rooms, cool AC, hot water runs well. Value for money.
