I had reservations at Residence Inn near Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Unfortunately, I got hospitalized and could not keep the reservation. My wife called and spoke to someone at Residence Inn and they told her under the circumstances, they would cancel the reservation. I was charged anyway. I have several more upcoming trips but I will not be staying at this Residence Inn.

The suite room we had was nice with a full kitchen, dining and living area that was separate from the sleeping area. I will definitely recommend this room to anyone needing to stay near the Mayo Clinic.

Great room, very clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Perfect location for our stay for appointments at Mayo. The shuttle was very convenient for dropping us right at the door for my Mayo appointment.
