The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The pool area was also very nice and provided a great place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and modern hotel in Jacksonville, I highly recommend this one. Between the beautiful facilities, amazing staff, and overall experience, I would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

This hotel is so beautifully laid out. Our room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice, offered cabanas and other seating and tables and it was great to have an attendant to place orders with. The gym had all the equipment I usually use (treadmill, stairmaster and free weights) and was also very clean. The hotel also had a kind of porch area to sit out and enjoy the weather. They had rocking chairs! (brought out my inner old lady LOL). Also nicely situated, less than 10 mins drive to Jax Beach and about 10 - 15 mins to movie theaters and restaurants...and Trader Joe's.

This is a beautiful hotel right next to May Clinic. We were there for a graduation party and the food was excellent, the staff was great and the room was spacious with all the amenities.

Very friendly staff. New hotel so everything works and is clean and in good condition. Comfortable rooms. Some rooms don’t have a good view like the rooftop with AC equipment. Very modern look. It’s definitely my preferred place to stay in that area.

This hotel opened in October so I had high hopes for it. The cleanliness was terrible. The first room I was assigned had hair all over the place and the toilet seat had body fluids and hair on it. I arrived at 2:30am due to a flight delay and was very disappointed in how dirty it was. I went back to the desk and asked for another room and about 15 minutes later I went to the new room. This one also had hair on the floor, in the bathroom and had no soap at all! At least the toilet was clean in this one and so was the bed. I swept up the hair with a wet washcloth, showered and went to bed. I never expected to need to clean a room when paying $300+ per night. Very disappointed
