I rented a room for two weeks. About one week before my arrival, I went to the hotel office and informed them that I would not be checking in on April 30th, but instead would be arriving late on May 1st. I later realized that the reservation had mistakenly been made under my spouse’s name instead of mine. On May 1st, I called the hotel to ask about obtaining the room key because I would be arriving around midnight with my children. During that call, the employee informed me that I was banned from staying at any of their hotels and that my reservation had been canceled. No prior notice or explanation had ever been provided to me before that moment. This situation caused a major inconvenience and emotional distress for me and my children late at night, leaving us without accommodations. I believe I was treated unfairly and discriminatorily. I am currently considering legal action regarding what I believe was a discriminatory decision against me.

People are like robots don't care about how you want to feel like being at home they just want to run you like you have no rights at all and lie about the cost of the rooms charge additional fees when you get there that why I boom through y'all so I don't have to pay an outrageous deposit

Will never ever recommend anyone stayin at this location. The hotel is not even nice to be having so many rules. You can’t even sit in your car and mind your business but you can sit on your car. It makes no sense.

Her concern to details and care for me while traveling from Puerto Rico is by far EXCELLENT! The rooms for the most part are clean, and the staff is friendly! Great location!

Terrible smell like mold and cigarettes, roaches on everything. Made it late from work to check in by about 15 minutes they sold my room and had to rebook. Noisy and just dirty even long red hairs in my bed

This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel The room was bare and unwelcoming, there was roaches and the staff seemed nice when they were available, I asked for clean towels and was advised that they don't provide additional towels outside of the 2 washcloths and towels that were already in the room. I was so taken back I WILL NEVER stay in a InTown EVER again no matter the price. This was horrible and made my stay unconfutable DONT STAY HERE!! The one on Baymeadows in Jacksonville FL ugh! Nasty bathroom gross toilet - see bekow.
