Staff was great, always greated you saying hi welcome back Everytime you returned.The hotel was clean inside and out,there was always a lady every morning walking around picking up trash.The rooms were clean and it was quite.The only thing was the smell of marijuana (which is common in every hotel I have stayed in in FL)coming from one room and the ice machine was not working on either floor.I would definitely stay again,was clean and the price was great.The staff was kind and helpful.

Cons: The room would get hot at night and no matter how low I turned the AC down, it wouldn’t get cooler. I could hear people walking around and talking in the highway at night.

The room was clean the dark. The windows were terrible. You could hardly see out. The fourth floor had a mold, smell in the hallway. The ice machine was broken and you had to go down to the second floor to get ice. The breakfast was OK, but not Sheraton Quality. The staff was phenomenal. The counters in my room were dirty and I had to go ask for Clorox wipes to clean them. The pool was full of leaves for the four days I was there and nobody ever cleaned it. The neighborhood was sketchy, though I did not have any problems.

Finally!! A decent property on Expedia. I was nearly ready to delete the app altogether. I am very pleased with our 2 night stay at the Four Points Sheraton over Memorial Day weekend. It was quiet and CLEAN! The property, the rooms, the lobby, all of it. I saw employees actively maintaining the property every time I came and went from it. 10/10 will book here again!

It was a good stay. My only issue is that they do not have blackout curtains so in the morning and during the day if you want to sleep, your room was not dark overall it was clean neat and comfortable.

The breakfast was fresh with the exception of the oranges which were past their time and dried out. There was very little wifi available. It kept going on and off. Also the television kept going on and off. They did change our room but the problems continued.

Hotel was excellent. There was super comfortable. Pillows were smooth, quiet room. The staff was extremely friendly. The people in the kitchen during the breakfast very attentive. I requested my eggs made a certain way she took care of that. Love the place. I’ll be back.

Taylor at front desk was outstanding. Went out of his way to welcome me. Even turned on a movie in the restaurant for me. He deserves promotion as the best customer service ever. Definitely will always stay here Food better than other hotels and a restaurant open in evenings Wonderful stay ❤️

The breakfast was standard fare, eggs, potatoes, sausage and pancakes/French toast, fruit juice and coffee. There were also bagels and toast with appropriate fixins'. Bar offered beer and wine only and a limited food menu.

Mr Taylor and Latoya were excellent. They provided great assistance and ensured that your comfort and safety were major concerns themselves and the best interests of Marriott business practices. I’ve stayed at this hotel several time but this time it’s was very different it’s like they developed or re wrote they business plan. I would stay again

It's a great hotel that’s very well managed. It’s clean, and I can tell the management team pays close attention to details to maintain Marriott standards. The mattresses are due for replacement, and a few minor repairs in the rooms are needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. Thank you

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable.. But any sound in the hallway sounds like it is in the actual room with you and I woke up multiple times startled. It really is so loud and there is no sound buffering between the room and hallway. Breakfast was not good. Staff was very friendly.

The room was supposed to have a King bed but we got two queen beds. We asked for a room away from elevator, our room is right across the elevator. We turned on the heater and it smelled so bad. This was too much bad service for a one night stay!

Breakfast is not complimentary. Good location if staying for Volleyball tournament and or shopping at the St Johns Town Center. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Bar was a little lacking. Breakfast did have oatmeal even though there was a serving pot and added nuts, etc. Must have been out of oatmeal.

The lobby smells amazing, the staff nice and checkin was easy. The bathroom has a barn door and did not lock (not a fan) The room was on the fourth floor and because of construction, there was a strong odor.

This hotel completely shocked me. From the time we arrived to check in until we checked out it was great. Mr. Jimmie in the front desk was amazing! Very accommodating! The room was a big room bigger than I expected. The room was very clean and tidy and kept up. Like really clean. No stains or anything. Breakfast was great. The grounds of the hotel was kept up. I have zero complaints.

It was a cute and quaint little hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. The only things I didn't like were the pillows are garbage, flat pancakes and uncomfortable, and the shower seems to leak and flood out onto the floor. Other than that, everything was great.

It was obvious my room had been recently remodeled. Very nice tile on floor in bathroom, new sink and shower. Even the coffee maker seemed very new. Very spacious room. All the staff were friendly. I asked for a half hour late check out and they gave me an extra hour, no charge. My only minor complaint was they only had ice machines on every other floor which was a bit of an inconvenience. And next they may need to think about recarpeting the hallways as they seemed to need it. And lastly since the hotel sits alittle off the road it needs a bigger sign. I drove right past it the first time. But all in all, a nice stay.

There was a mildew smell in the hallway but other than that the staff was amazing. Maria from check-in made the process smooth and easy. The breakfast was delicious however there were a few gnats flying around the dining area so it was kinda hard to enjoy without fanning them away every 5 minutes.

Every service in my room was covered with a light film of white dust, as if something had been sanded. I arrived, noticed it in the bathroom, wiped it off and went out for the evening. When I returned is when Zi noticed the light sconces, nightstand, desk, shelves were also covered with this dust.

Kitchen staff(only one employee) was rude as heck. Property pretty noisy for it to be this type of hotel. Had roaches in the room and I video it and Showed it to asst. Manager I told her I wasn't pay for that night. The GM only refunded me half the money for one night. Totally unacceptable

The hotel was nice. The first room we got smelled terrible and there was a what-used-to-be white towel on the floor collecting water from a damaged AC unit. It sucks because I was with 3 little ones and we were given rooms all the way at the end of the hall so now we had to drag our bags back to the elevator and downstairs. The gentleman at reception was completely unaware, bad on them for not communicating. Then he gave us a room on the floor above still all the way in the back but at least this one was clean. We used the gym and it was GREAT.

Thin walls or flooring as you can hear people next to, below you, or above walking .... Also very potent odor when walking in property. (Could be backed up sewage). Stair cases are hollow and gloomy. Elevators are outdated.. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

I was not given the room I booked. I booked a king size room and was given something else instead. Person at the front said the king size room available was not cleaned so we were given a downgraded room. My first time using this hotel chain. Won't be using it again. Very disappointed

The bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet. Not one, but several. The shower had absolutely not water pressure and the room smelt of mildew. Im glad I travel with Lysol and Clorox wipes because it was almost 11 PM when I checked in and was too tired to go downstairs to get a new room.
