Front desk are so rude,, Hotel is discussing , uncomfortable beds, they didn’t give me the room i paid for month in advance. One of my worst stays at any hotels. My reservation was for 3 nights but couldn’t stay any longer ..so i left, i will definitely file a dispute . It was awful in every area specially they didn’t give me the room i reserved for.

Rooms was convenient, clean and quiet. I felt safe traveling alone and the staff were all great.

The front lobby staff was super nice our room was clean and spacious the food at Toms was great and the pool was perfect! Such a great place. Wish the mall across the street had more open stores.

Lovely pool, nice bar at the pool and the onsite restaurant was very good. Very convenient to the airport and great show and sports venues near by. I would stay there again. My only minor ding was the front desk staff was a little snooty considering the hotel. They were cordial but just this side of being aloof. Everyone else was great.

Loved it! Stayed here for my birthday I loved the area n it was in a convenient location! The rooms were so cute & clean! Can’t wait to stay again!

Great staff! Property was very clean and had a variety of amenities. Close to Kia forum, nice pool with plenty of comfortable loungers, restaurant on site. Highly recommend!! We will be staying here again on our next visit to LA!

Nice place but not good for the RUSH show. Nothing was open after and they didn’t even want to allow residents to sit in the empty poolside bar or the pool itself. If during big events with event parking all over the place it’s a huge mistake and a big money loss not to stay open, at least for residents, that probably chose this place because of the bar/restaurant. The place is nice but didn’t cater to its clientele.

The hotel was very nice! I wasn't in town long this time. But it was still a nice place to stay. My only complaint was the amount for deposit being $300. Most hotels are only $100. But I will say, it was refunded very quickly. Otherwise no complaints. Very neat and clean place!

My room was a good size and it was very clean. The pool area was amazing. I reserved my room for 3 nights and had no problems the first 2 nights. On the evening of the 3rd night, the power went out in part of my room. I only had full power in the bathroom which meant I had to charge my phone in the bathroom and use the coffee maker in the bathroom. The only light working in the general area were the little lights over the bed. I couldn't even watch turn on the TV. I called the desk around 9pm and someone came to the room about 15-20 minutes later. He seemed confused as to what to do after trying to turn the TV on with the remote and it still wouldn't turn on. He then said he'd be back. He never came back and I fell asleep around 11:30pm. I reported this to the front desk the next morning requesting some sort of compensation for this inconvenience and I was told there was nothing they could do.

One of the highlights of our trip was being able to attend our concert at SoFi Stadium and also catch a Spurs game while we were in town. The hotel made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on a future visit. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
