This place was not what we expected. There were a lot of homeless people around the area, and other customers were very loud. I think they live there. There were no ice machines available. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything—so we did not sleep well. The location, however, was perfect.

The location was perfect. The check in was super easy. This place was not what we expected. There were a lot of homeless people around the area, and other customers were very loud. Shower had spiders because their windows are slats, not a full piece of glass. Tree/bush limbs were growing inside the glass and into the room. No bed stands at all. A small table and 2 plastic chairs is all you get in the room. Front windows are same as back, zero security for your room

Location and price. Two full size beds instead of the expected sofa bed. Comfortable bed. It's old and it shows. Very 70's ,80's vibe. Bathroom was clean but there was a little surface damage to the shower floor. There were stains on the walls, and the sink counter had burn marks. To be honest, the only real thing that bothered me was the stains on the wall.

I was given a room that bathroom was covered in black mold, so they moved me to another room. I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the shower and bathroom because it was still gross, had random wads of hair and other things. I flew in Saturday night and decided not to go out to any after parties but the some of the other patrons decided to party till 4 am. Sounded like they were throwing bodies against the ground and blasting music. They only thing that was really convenient was that it was close to lax and the Sofi stadium for hard summer besides that it was really disappointing.

Walked into the room and immediately didn’t feel safe. It was so loud and people next door were banging on the doors. The bathroom and the floor was dirty and the beds had 2 small pillows and there was a hair on the bed. There was a huge hole under the front door and the bathroom window had a branch from the tree coming in. The other windows in the room didn’t even close all the way either.

The bar is gone, the diner is boarded shut, the keycards also constantly deactivate and you can't get in the building without one which isn't great when the area isn't great and you're returning late at night. There IS free parking, but the gated area is not as accessible as one would like as you HAVE TO call every time you need the gate opened. Staff also actively will watch you move around the premises with the cameras which is uncomfortable at best. I never attempted to go to the pool after noticing how filthy the floors were because there's no telling how clean it was or wasn't. I'm not one to turn my nose up at an inexpensive place to stay just because it's not high end, but this was an awful experience and the prices were jacked up. If I weren't already well aware we wouldn't be at the hotel much, I would have left and stayed elsewhere.

There was nothing to really like,let start off with how they are prejudice. I believe my family had stayed with them prior and they argued with us over whether or not all parties had there idea to check in. I have stay at countless hotels over the years and never have I ever had an issue. They were very rude and they allow drug dealers and addicts to stay there is no regard for the other clients safety. They need security for the parking lot,they need to to start cleaning there rooms more often,I saw cigarettes marks,mold and grut in the shower,towel were folded but were dirty and the last thing I saw were roaches.

Nothing this place was a nightmare from hell. The pictures don’t match up to the rooms. The staff is rude. They made me call about my reservation because they said it wasn’t paid for so I had to call booking.com to get them to call her to even let me. Check in! Let’s start with the mold in my bathroom, the huge stains all over the bed spread, the card board room number sign but wait for it best of alll the bloody looking hand prints on the inside of the door.

Polite staff, very efficient and easy checking in and out Hotel appears to be under renovation, so pool was closed, restaurant was closed, shuttle service was closed, smoke alarm was not working & it was under a sink in "kitchen" area. The "suite" had no microwave or coffee pot. Worst of all there were many small cockroaches in the restroom and the bedroom.

Location close to the airport. It is old, dirty and dark. Not feeling comfortable at all sleeping there.

This place is horrible and it smells like urine outside the door. They are charging almost $200 and the building should be condemned. I cancelled my reservation and they refused to give me my money back after an illegal immigrant working the front desk said not to worry just contact Booking.com for refund. The whole place is nothing to like

Filthy room, filthy towels, filthy bedsheets the sheets looked as if they just made the bed after a guest had stayed in it there were cockroachs crawling on the headboard of the beds, crawling on the table, the floor, the sink and walls I don't think they bother really cleaning the rooms very well at all. The staff is not nice they were very rude

At one time it had a bohemian vibe and was an inexpensive choice close to the airport. I didn’t mind that it hadn’t been updated since the 70’s because it added to the atmosphere. But now it’s just rundown and has nothing To offer. The bar is gone, the restaurant is gone, the clientele is now deadbeats and degenerates. But by far the WORST aspect was the staff. Rude and disrespectful. I had booked a two night stay but as I was leaving the parking facility (another nightmare) I had to call to be let out. The manager begins screaming at me that I need to be out by 11 despite being paid through the next day. He demanded that I leave before 11 or he would put my things out. I didn’t sweat it, went to breakfast and came back at 10:45. I was calm but he wasn’t. He was soon demanding I leave right then. I asked him to check my reservation one more time and he kept the same attitude but now he was demanding I leave tomorrow. I just shook my head and walked away. Thought it couldn’t get worse but it did. When I returned later in the evening I went to my door and used my key but it didn’t work. I figured it had been demagnetized so I just went back to the front desk and told the lady on duty what was going on. She informed me that their policy was that all “guests” have to have their keys reset every day of their stay! WHAT?? Ridiculous and highly insulting.

Parking is difficult at best. other tenants live there, and the windows are not sealed, they are always open so you can hear all the conversations.

Went to see a show at SoFi stadium and the walk is incredibly close. That was the main reason for staying here, to avoid waiting hours to get out of the SoFi parking lot or wait for an Uber. You need to be aware of what you’re signing up for. It did not feel clean enough to be able to relax. I made sure to bring my own sanitizing spray and pillowcase/sheets. Staff was nice and accommodating, but the property itself is what you’d expect from a motel.

Right off the bat, this proved to be an unsafe area. I pulled into the “parking lot” and there were numerous people surrounding the “hotel” that were on drugs. The front desk worker has a plexiglass situation going on, which to me suggested he felt unsafe in this environment as well. Anyway, I checked in and went to my room to find a comforter that had holes throughout it as if someone tore it up and a lightbulb in the bathroom that seemed to be covered in blood. The toilet also had holes in it which was disturbing and the toilet paper roll was half used. I saw a “house keeping” woman, but wondered if anyone had been in our room to clean it out? The bathroom also had this lingering smell of old piss and a dirty towel over the shower. For the 45 minutes that we decided to stay in the hotel room, we heard violent yelps from what seemed like a woman being harassed right outside the room. I could go on, but I’ll stop here. P.S. decided to not stay the night and drove home instead and was not offered a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This is an older place and I didn’t expect perfection. However, a cigarette burn on the blanket, extremely thin curtains, and single pane windows all came together to give me a horrible nights sleep. In addition, they definitely need to replace some of the beds because the one I had was terrible.

DIRTY .. light with no bulb.. no internet .. stained towels .. my daughter and I chose it as a stopover after flying into LAX.. said free shuttle (nope) .. False advertising!!! There was no free shuttle service to and from the airport, costing us an additional $39. No coffee available. For the same amount we spent at this run- down, dingy hotel, we could have been at the Hilton! It’s in a part of the city where it didn’t feel safe to walk outside.

The pictures and descriptions DO NOT MATCH what we experienced. I would have left but it was Super Bowl weekend and no other options were available. There are no restaurants, bars, or pool at this sight. Well, yes they are there, but closed. And there is no mini bar or food of any kind available. I had a double room and there was only one TV and no remote. The other room still had the TV hardware on the wall. Plants were growing through both windows and there were NO CHAIRS to sit on to watch TV. Total deception in advertising. Isn't that ILLEGAL??? Not a safe neighborhood. Homeless people everywhere. There was no airport shuttle or car rental on-site. How can these people maintain a license to operate?!

Scariest travel experience of my life- this place is a crack house and I felt like I was goi g to be shot or robbed. It is NOTHING like any pics online. Do not stay here. I felt like I could get Hepatitis or bedbugs by just touching anything. Literally would have preferred to sleep on the airport floor for 12 hours.

I hated the property.Please do not book this property.I felt unsafe.There were homeless people outside the property and lots of weird sort of homeless people living inside as well.The reception had cameras throughout the property.The property was old,filthy and scary.No lifts.Really felt unsafe to stay there.Since my flight had reached late and I had no option in the night ,I stayed.But slept with the light on the entire night as was scared to death that someone would come and rob me or something.Please please do not stay or book this property.It is the worst I have ever stayed .This property should be banned from Expedia as it is an unsafe property .The people staying at this property seemed wierd and dangerous. We were under the impression they had shuttle service to and from LAX (as stated on the website). Once we got to LAX, it took us 20 minutes to get through on the phone, at which point we were told there was no shuttle service. Lobby doors were filthy. The room was dusty, broken/sagging tile floor in the bathroom, stained/dirty washcloth was left in the shower, bottom of the front door was rotting away. Would NOT stay here with kids. Walking distance from Sofi Stadium.

No place to park! Very limited parking. Looks like prostitution going on outside of it. Don’t bring your kids here. Not a family environment. Walked inside they did not have my reservation so I cancelled with them and thru Expedia. Pictures made this place look decent.

They insisted on a $100 USD security deposit in CASH & they wouldn't give a receipt for it saying that the reception is monitored by CCTV. When I challenge them on that saying it's questionable business practices they decided not to take a deposit for me. The rooms are atrocious. I suspect its a refuge for homeless people to get a show & a bed for once a week (rightly so) but this hotel should no be make available to tourists & business travellers.....AVOID

Carpet in the room was ABSOLUTELY filthy. Rest was shabby. Worst place I have ever stayed--and i have been all over the world. The saving grace was a staff person who was very kind and helped with my 3 suitcases because they had not cart. No shuttle to airport as advertised "COVID" :-(

This property has ROACHES! Mold in the bedroom window. Old towels that look like rags. They also rent weekly so there's people who live in property. I wouldn't book this place for my dog. I don't know why they would even charge Hotel money for a Motel environment. Just walking to my room they're no lights on to finding your way to the room. When I got into the arena of the room I had to use my flashlight, then I walked inside thinking this Queen room was going to be great and it was terrible.

Overall. The hotel room we got was decent. The bathroom was alright. Woke up in the morning and we had ants crawling in the bathroom floor. The bar sink leaked. And the beds felt like there where milk crates underneath holding the bed up from the floor. The frame was cheap. I wont be back here. I rate this place a 3 for trying.

As soon as I got there, I’ve already started feeling some kind of nervousness about our hotel room judging from the front desk area (which smelled liked stinky armpits)! When I went to my room I passed by hella rooms that stank of sooo much weed. The rooms were cold and you couldn’t even closed the window-like vents all the way! The room also smelled weird and there were many questionable stains. The mattresses felt oldddddd. Def need new furnitures. Only stayed there for 30 minutes and left! I didn’t even care for a refund. I had stayed her twice before and, while neither prior stay was enjoyable, it was cheap and close to the airport This stay was different. First I ended up having to sit at the gate for 30 minutes before someone finally let me into their gated parking area. Finally, they let me through in, so I got checked in and headed to my room... only to find that the room was completely destroyed from construction. After all that got sorted, I go to switch all of my stuff to the second room. That room smelled disgusting, but whatever, I was tired and didn’t have the energy to deal with anything else. So then I go to jump in the shower, only to find the drain almost completely clogged. Not wanting to flood the room, I decided to wait till the morning and laid down in bed. This is when the music starts. Between the music from cars and other rooms, I got almost no rest and ended up having to reschedule my flight out of fear of oversleeping. I’m not a picky guest. My account history and reviews will show you that it doesn’t take much to please me, but out of MANY stays in different hotels, this was by far my worst experience to date. I don’t recommend anyone else try their luck with this hotel, either.

If you like weed its the place to be, but smelling it even in non-smoking room we had was just ridiculous. By looking for a place that costed a bit more then the average hotel in the area we hoped on a better place, but the price is just hiked up to attract hotel guests for this run down youth hostel. As when you arrive you cant even spot the name Adventurer hotel... its called adventurers backpackers in the real world. We should have read the comments... The pool area was not attracting us to join the party there and the quality of the restaurant showed us a B for cleanness (which would have been tested on a good day) this was a very disappointed ending of a great holiday in USA.

Rooms are remolded but clearly the maids or cleaning crew has no eye for the nasty walls that look like the had God knows what on them from fingerprints of dirt, food and what looks like could of been bodily fluid. Upon notifying them the lady at the counter offered to show me another room. It’s was nice of her but the ebooks property looks sketchy as hell. Not for kids or families. And they have the audacity to say no refunds. Just a really bad experience overall I do not recommend this place

Never ever stay here. I am still trying to get a refund through orbitz. After saying they had no parking, and giving me keys to someone else’s room THREE TIMES I finally had to pay to stay in another hotel. This establishment should be shut down immediately.

Felt safe as security was on premises. Staff friendly, room definitely needed more cleaning and updating. Workers were painting and working on lobby so updating is in progress. Pool looked clean and great but too chilly for me to get in. Good value with a little more detail to cleanliness and updating. Lots of perks with shuttle bus.
