Room is decent for a long stay of one or two people, laundry and gym are good.

Coffee machine was broken, very bare bones equipped room; but it aligns with the intent of the place which is clearly no frills

Front desk lady was very rude at checkin . Made me and my other guest both show our IDs because it’s “her hotel and she needs to know who’s staying here”… Which it was never an issue to show both until she threatened to cancel our reservation once i told her we’ll be back shortly with the other ID .Never asked any other guests that were checking in for everyone’s ID when they had multiple other adults with them.. Upstairs hallway was stinky and humid . Beds were thin and uncomfortable. stained sheets. overall the hotel itself was decent considering it being near a variety of things. nothing to offer besides a gym . no breakfast . very pitiful hotel . wouldn’t waste another dollar to stay at this hotel .

Very clean The staff person was kind of rude and trying to argue that my my granddaughter 14 was an adult and she couldn’t stay there because she didn’t have no idea. She finally let her stay finally believe in that she was 14

I liked the location Our room flooded at 2am in the morning and we had to beg to change rooms, he said it might have been the person above us room but when we got in there for the first time it smelled like mold and was humid like it had happened before. After he finally moved us the next room reaked of dog and overall was a very unpleasant stay.

It was in a nice area It was not very clean, the tub had hair in it and and the base had built up dirt around it

I booked online and when we got there no rooms were available!!!!! Took the guy FOREVER just to figure things out and we ended up having to leave late at night!

Looks nice from outside, they are having staff shortages so I didn’t get to stay there. Basically missed a wedding because they didn’t have a room available for me and my family so our room was canceled last minute and there were no more hotels around available. Wasted travel!

Standoffish. Started talking about other staff members not knowing what they’re doing. Instead of helping with booking questions I was told that they would have to pay the taxes because it was booked online so they don’t have to honor my reservation. Front desk staff

Nothing Absolutely everything, from the rude unhelpful customer service, to the strong smell of weed. The bed wasn’t even a real bed, it was a cot… with a very thin mattresses with thin stained sheets and blankets.. the floors was slimy and slick like they had mopped with greasy water, and the shower curtain had black mold on it.. what makes this even better is when we needed a towel and wash cloth in the morning for a shower the front desk employee let us know that we couldn’t have those items and when we said we needed to have them before a certain time so we could leave, he let my husband know it wasn’t his problem … so if I could give this hotel a 0 out of 10 I would. Don’t make the mistake of wasting your money on this place because the pictures are literally not real!

Location Not clean; have cockroaches coming up from the sewer. Room was stinky. Smells like someone was smoking in the bathroom.

The facility has no staff after 10PM. It is more of a long term housing facility. Our room was next to the laundry room which was being used all night long, so facility was very loud and hard to sleep.. Bright light from fire detector blinked brightly every 30 seconds. Not recommended for short term stays.

Location right off the expressway Dirty filthy. I couldn’t even shower I didn’t sleep under the covers. If there were rooms available nearby I would have left.
