Despite these issues, I still intended to leave a five star review due to an accommodating gesture by the front desk. Because my schedule changed, I requested a late checkout rather than booking an additional night. The attendant graciously approved a 2:00 PM checkout instead of the standard 11:00 AM. However, at 11:00 AM, staff demanded that we vacate the room, stating that late checkouts are reserved exclusively for loyalty members. This sudden reversal created an incredibly stressful situation, forcing me to scramble for alternative accommodations at the last minute. If a late checkout was not permitted, it should not have been offered in the first place. Due to this lack of professionalism and consistency, I will not be staying at this location again.

Honestly everything is fine except that I got double charged at the end of my stay for over $300

Booked last minute for a graduation Memorial Day Weekend with the Indy 500 happenings going on. Perfect location in relation to where the graduation party was being held. Easy access to 465. Price was fair considering the events happening that weekend. Many places wanted a 2 day stay. Happy I was able to get a room 2 days before I was arriving.

The shower spontaneously went from scalding hot to freezing cold. The room temperature control spewed out loud, horrible sounds that woke us from sleep and had to be turned off.

I was able to cook full meals with the supplies offered in the room. The hot tub was a nice bonus but could’ve been just a bit hotter that’s just personal preference though. I had a great stay & got to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday in a nice location.

Everything is great. The only "complain" I have is the hotel is too close to the interstate, which is used all day and night and a lot of trucks using the motor break. But the hotel is clean.
