The bed was comfortable, but the room was not very clean. The man working the breakfast unfortunately was pushing down in the garbage to take it out and then refilling food! We witnessed this repeatedly.

Close to IU medical center for early morning appointment The carpet was sticky and dirty in the room. My socks were very dirty after walking around in the room preparing for bed.

Breakfast was not great. Mainly processed food. Pool was very, very small and not really usable. Needed handicap room which was on the 2rd floor-the farthest room from the elevator and had a step over tub and no walk in shower.Room was large and bed ok.

Our was less than great here as the first room assigned had such a strong odor of stale old carpet and room fresher - it was overwhelming. Room 2 was right next to a group of young adults just hanging out loudly and having spent 17 hours in a hospital room after a long red eye flight was not ideal. The 3rd room was acceptable but not great. Maybe it was a little bit me being so tired that I just wanted to rest in a clean quiet space and I was being overly picky or maybe it is what is was. I will say that the front desk clerk Juan was AMAZING, he was so kind and patient with us and did all that he could to be empathic and concerned for our situation. Juan was the highlight of our stay there - Thank you Juan!!!

Clean beds Sofa should have been leather or anything other than cloth. Just between us, I ended up with bed bug bites on my back because I sat on the sofa. I did not get them from the bed.
