The location was charming. Being right by the canal made us feel like we were in Amsterdam! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. It had two rooms with a large tv that swiveled so we could watch it from the couch or bed.

Absolutely lovely area. Right on the carnal. Rooms were clean and very comfy beds. Will definitely stay again!

The location was perfect I enjoy the canal. It is within walking distance of many things. The room was very spacious and clean. The room has a full kitchen.

The room was very big and accommodating for what I needed for the weekend and had plenty of amenities to use! The bathroom door looked like someone tried busting into it so it was cracked and the windows were cloudy so couldn't see out of them that well but very minor inconvenience!

We had a fire alarm and the alarm went off for hours, couldn't get back into our room on Friday, there should be a credit coming back to us.

No es la primera vez que me quedo en este hotel porque me encanta; la cama es cómoda, el aire funciona súper bien, internet rápido, mi habitación me la entregaron súper limpia y con todo lo necesario. El servicio en el desayuno es bueno, me trataron muy bien. Está increíble para pasar un fin de semana con tu familia.

Location near the downtown canal. Within easy walking distance from the downtown area and museums. Friendly staff. Large room. Breakfast is a disappointment. Very loud AC in the room impedes a restful sleep. At the start of the second night, a faulty fire alarm system in late evening kept us out of our room for almost 3 hours due to the very loud and high-pitch sound, with almost nothing being done about it for the first two hours. In the end, we canceled our booking and checked-in at another hotel.

Staff were excellent! Had issues with our rooms not having the ac working properly and then found what looked like mold in the air vents. I was pretty upset! Hotel is older and needs upgraded. Staff were friendly and helpful at least.
