We went up to the rooms three times and the key didn't work. On the fourth try, someone came up with me and I was finally able to get into the room. There's a bad smell in the hallways (dampness). The room itself was fine.I didn't like the hallways.

There was a domestic incident where a woman was dragged by a car and was bleeding in the hallway. A few hours later at 11pm the police banged on our door and search our room for a missing child. My 9 year old was absolutely terrified and wanted to leave because she felt so unsafe and not only was the hotel staff rude, they refused to alllow us to check out early and receive a refund. I wanted to cancel the following night and find something safer and they refused and told me I was being ridiculous.

A/C unit was very loud which made it difficult to sleep
-
The pool water was extremely cold. That was one of the reason I booked there. We couldn't even go swimming the water was so cold
-
At first day, no hot water. Room was dirty and dusty. Saw the Room where they put their kitchen food and supplies, horrible and disgusting. Left over and old food everywhere.. location I terrible, no restaurants nearby, just near a highway. Never again. And we stayed for six nights. No cleaners in sight!

Clean room, no answer at front desk and no one available when I reached, breakfast was okay. Didn't use laundry room
-
The pool heater was broken so the water was ice cold. The tv was slow and half the channels did not work
-
Do not go with kids. No amenities and the pool is in very bad shape. Water is super cold and accessories corroded. They should not advertise it in the pictures. It is practically unusable
-
The property is an older property, but the stay was good for the price. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Pool was ice cold. Was told the heater was broken. Our microwave in the room malfunctioned. It kept running with the door open so we unplugged for safety. Beds were decently comfortable. Had a quiet stay on 2nd of 4 floors.

At pool water is so cold
-
The hotel was average..no main issues other than water pressure in shower and the basic tv channels

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. This may be my second review ever. The in-room coffee maker and microwave do not work. The coffee maker just dead, and the microwave counts backward nicely, but fails to heat anything or light up inside. The shower takes 10 minutes or more to have hot water arrive, and has about 50% of water come out of the shower head and 50% come out the spout. The morning breakfast is the exact same thing every single day, and it's just baeely edible. No lids were available for the coffee cups. The staff is self-absorbed in their phones, and look angry. The morning of checkout, we we locked out of our rooms and had to have the keys reset. Sadly, paying $250 a night for the Indianapolis 500 weekend was the worst insult of all. I blame Expedia for this horrible experience and caution all to stay away. This hotel is not a value at $69 a night.

This hotel needs some TLC. The lobby is clean, but the front desk area is messy. The staff there were not very friendly. The pool area had standing water outside the pool, and the concrete needs resurfacing and cleaning. I’m not sure how often they maintain the pool, but it has an eerie abandoned feel. The hallways need painting, and some attention to detail is needed. The actual room was clean, except for the need for a clean blanket due to stains on the covers. I’m not sure who manages this property, but they are missing the mark. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Microwave door did not open all the way and it turned on with door partially open. - staff tried to explain the trick to opening it when I was checking out l. Probably ought to just replace it ! 2 towels in the room total. Very inconvenient in the middle of the night . Breakfast was fine .

Indoor pool wasn't working, was cold and not circulating Staff was non-existent at times Place reeked of pot and cigarettes despite claiming it was a non-smoking property Rooms were not clean and in disrepair Dog poo everywhere outside
