Breakfast was extra

Check in scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 7:30pm only to not have a room ready. Although the gentleman at the desk was apologetic, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for a room. We then decided to grab a quick bite in the lobby restaurant, and waited about an hour for ice cold chicken wings. Service was so bad, and we ended up needing to go to a fast food restaurant to get food. It was a miserable experience. The hotel is under construction, but that shouldn’t affect the delays we experienced.

The room we were in was great. A family member was in a different tower and it was confusing to get to his room. We noticed that the pool area is not well maintained. The floor was pretty gnarly.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Good food Server Kelly was a 10. Needs a little repair work. First room we were in sliding bathroom door came off the roller. Next room, handle on bathroom door loose and toilet paper holder loose.

The hotel was nice and staff were friendly. We had trouble getting into our room every time we left and tried to come back. Our keys would not work, we had to go down to the desk and have them reprogramed each time. It was very frustrating and nothing was done to try and look at it to fix it. We had 2 rooms and both had this issue. I know it happens occasionally at most hotels, but having to do it every time was not acceptable.

Great staff. Easy check-in and access to everything hotel was very nice! Room wasn’t bad, bathroom kind of small for price but overall 8/10 experience.

Cleanliness. Front desk staff were rude. They were obviously not prepared for when Morgan Wallen was in town. I had got approved for early check in in January for a 3pm check in but then they would not honor it because they were not prepared. Then everyone that wanted to go to the concert is in line to check in at 4. I waited over an hour in line to check in. They should have focused on getting people in line checked in instead of answering the phones. Many people were late for the concert. And some people still did not have a room available after waiting in line for so long.

Hotel staff were super helpful even though expedia completely botched the reservation and were able to me my same room for another night when expedia changed my reservation without my consent.

We would like to thank the amazing staff at the hotel Angela, Adriana, Manni and Ben stand out. They were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and comfortable We used the pool and gym and both facilities were perfect for us There was lots of car parking and we enjoyed our breakfast We had nice cocktails in the bar We travelled for a family wedding and when we come back we'd definitely stay again Thank you again Nothing we were so happy with our stay

I thought the Marriott was wonderful. The room was clean, the entire building was clean and nice-very up scale. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very comfortable! What I didn't like, was area in which the Marriott is located once you get on the main street, there are drug addicts standing on the corners begging for money. And I didn't like the fact that I was charged for parking both nights-that is why I rated you an 8 otherwise it would have been a 10. It didn't say you charge for parking as I was reading through everything before I made my selection otherwise I would have chosen another hotel. But other than those things everything was great!
