This was great location, close to many stores, restaurants etc. The hotel is older, but rooms are clean. We had a problem with our bathroom sink not draining and the showered not working, and the management on duty had the problem fixed within a few hours. Overall, a very nice stay.

Found a few bugs roaming around and Shower and sink wouldn't drain on the first night and just got worse the longer we stayed.

Upon check-in at 3pm I was told a room was not ready. I sat close by the front desk and waited and witnessed 2 other groups of people get thru rooms and keys. I then returned to the front desk questioning why I was told to wait and was then given a room. Frustrating and not acceptable. I also paid for parking and my room key was not coded for the garage. The girl that helped me at the front desk just seemed to have an attitude with me from the very beginning of our interaction. She must of been having a bad day.

I loved the courteousness, friendliness and professionalism of the young lady that checked me in.

I really enjoyed my stay with Sheraton. The room was clean, hotel staff was very friendly, and the location is unbeatable. My only issue was my room was near the stairway, and it was a bit noisy at times. Otherwise, it was a great stay! I will definitely return in the future!

I absolutely loved this property. The only negative was being overcharged at the gift shop and for parking. The front desk staff gave me the proper number to call to get it taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.
