The room was clean and modern!

Didn’t have hand soap or anything other than a little bottle of lotion. For the first time ever, anywhere, we were charged to use the Internet! This was already an expensive hotel.

They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor cameras better, give warnings quicker and have consequences for ridiculous behavior. Maybe also have a hand out for sports teams stating a low tolerance for poor behavior.

The water in the back of the hotel. My kids enjoyed being able to fish and see the turtles I loved everything. The fridge in one of our rooms wasn’t working but they immediately put a new one in!
