Just a quick stay, but room was large and well equipped

Breakfast wasn’t great. Had very few offerings and most of them cold.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy.

The room was very nice and clean. Enjoyed all the staff. Very nice breakfast. General Manager of the hotel is one of the finest I’ve ever come across. I definitely strongly recommend this hotel.

The night attendant was extremely pleasant and helpful as she assisted lifting our cart over the door jamb. The room was clean and neat. We had a brief power outage on Friday night, but it lasted only about 5 minutes. The ice maker in the refrigerator was very, very slow, but it did work. Otherwise, the stay was a pleasant one.

Everything was great. The room was spotless, it was quiet, the breakfast was great, and the staff were really polite and friendly. The one and only thing I would improve on is having a trash can in the room other than the small one in the bathroom would be really helpful.

Nothing Elevator out gave us a poor room and are still charging us when we decided not to stay in the room they gave us instead of the room we booked

There were some maintenance things that need attention: there was hair left in the shower from a previous occupant; there are slimey spots and dirt on the shower ceiling:; there was significant water damage on the soffit above the window next to the bed; the occupant upstairs was treading pretty heavily until quite late which made sleeping difficult. Those things happen. We'd still stay there again!

The Residence Inn is a very good location for visiting Eagle Creek Park. We love a suite when traveling for the convenience of having a full kitchen, living room area, and desk. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel is very clean and in a quiet, safe area.
