Man was knocking on my door (women with children ) @130am went to front desk the man didn’t have a room there I don’t suggest for families especially women with children ! Rooms smelled like feet

The property was a little outdated, but nothing wrong with it. There are restaurant options and a Starbucks very close!

When we arrived it looked like an older hotel which is fine, but when we walked into the lobby and the rooms we rented for the night it was apparent that the hotel had minimal upkeep. Our room smelled musty, and the other room smelled like an ashtray. One stay and done and learned what “good” means on the rating scale for Expedia.

Breakfast wasn't good and the pool was ice cold.

Check in was horrible. They said that they have problems with booking through expedia, saying that the digital card they sent them would not clear for the room and they said its always haooens with expedia bookings. I have never had that problem with any of my previous expedia bookings so not sure if its just a problem with the hotel system or not. They made me cancel my expedia booking and rebook through them. Next is the room. There was a hole in the ceilings, and wall. The smoke detector was hanging from its wires off the cieling. The shower rod was hanging off the wall and about to fall. My last day there i stepped on a freaking beetle on the floor. This hotel needs proper pest control, and a face lift. This should be a 2 star hotel not a 3 star. If you have kids DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT IS NIT KID SAFE.

Clarion Inn and Suites (the hotel) was good overall. Its location was good for us. The room rate was reasonable. However, the tower rack was broken. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and there was no hair dryer.

It was quiet and the housekeeping staff has kept the facility very clean. The front desk was unmanned until right at check in time which was very odd. When he did show up, he was in sweats and slightly rude to us and other customers trying to check in. The property listing also says that a free breakfast is offered- this amounted to random mini muffins and juice. The $150 charge for one night is way too high for the quality being served.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. We walked in checked in, got to our room and didn't even take our clothes off the buggy. I was in there long enough to book a different stay else where and left. I had my 2 year old daughter with me, I was literally afraid for her to touch anything. It looks like it was once and fairly decent place but the rooms are not maintained at all. The smoke detector and light fixture were hanging out of the ceiling. The couch was red but had white stains covering it. My husband pulled the blanket back just to check the bed out and it was covered in a plastic covering. I was able to call hotels.com and then email the property and they claim to be giving me a full refund I'll wait and see about that. Even if I lost that money it was worth not staying! Also, mysteriously after we left my card was hacked.. coincidence? Possibly, doubt it.

A bit run down feeling. Musty smoky odor to entire place.

No hot water

The room had not been cleaned thoroughly and the window was left slightly open from the previous guests which was not noticed. Only other complaint was that breakfast did not have many choices and was not well stocked.

Friendly and gracious staff. And the breakfast buffet did the trick.

The room was not clean at all especially the bathroom. The front door handle of the bathroom was broken as well as the shower water handle. The trash cans were ugly, stained and dirty. They used a pen as a handle for the toilet roll paper. The hallway to the bottom floor rooms was not vacuumed. Shampoo/body wash, conditioner and lotion were cheap. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
