Everything about the hotel was ok. Wasn’t blown away, but you are paying for location and convenience to downtown. Pretty worn hotel in many areas but super nice to be right downtown.

The hotel was a little tired as far as Sheratons go. Was still nice but was a little surprised. Starbucks was a bonus and the gym was good as far as hotel gyms go.

Parking was under construction so forced to pay $55 for valet. Sheets and towels stink and stained. Toilet makes awful noise. Bar couldn't serve drinks because internet was down. Staff was rude. Can't watch TV or use laptop because of internet.

It was clean… that staff was nice… the location was amazing The WiFi network wasn’t working in the room but the staff tried to fix it but couldn’t

location was great for us as we were in the city for the Indy 500. We had a bonus of seeing the parade coffee shop could have been open longer

This hotel was perfect for my two night stay. The staff, especially Kay, was amazing. There is so much to go around the area - and is walkable. Our room was great with a beautiful view.

Someone threw a party with a huge portable speaker by the pool. They were smoking and drinking and the vibe was not good. I had my small kids and the music had lots of swear words.

The front desk staff - Raina and Autumn were outstanding and so warm and helpful. The restaurant staff especially Allie made our stay the absolute best!

This is a very good value for a downtown spot! The pool area overlooking the monument roundabout was great. The hotel was clean, and the front desk was friendly and efficient. Thanks!

Nice stay at this hotel! We met Sabrina at the front counter and she was very kind and friendly. She explained all the amenities that we available to us and got us checked in quickly.
