Red Roof Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport

The staff was helpful as our initial room smelled smoky and we were moved without a problem. Our room was fine except for some flooring that needs to be replaced. It’s a Red Roof Inn, you shouldn’t expect much. There’s no much in that area except a restaurant across the street that closes at 9 p.m. Our room was overpriced, but all rooms were overpriced as it was Indy 500 weekend.

The staff are very helpful and friendly !

Food left in refrigerator. Needs remodeling/update. Vagrants loitering around.

Experience, quality of linens

quiet, clean no breakfast for the price I paid for 3 nights could of at least had something dogs allowed some people are allergic to dogs needs considered bottom drawer on cabinet wouldnt stay closed

The female morning manager is rude, racist, and a liar.

I didn’t think they had one. I slept in and I walked over to the waffle House. I I didn’t have any problems

The property was just not what I expected

It was cool for a quick trip but still under construction with exits blocked and no guest policy

There was no shower gel. Personally, I don't like the sinks that sit on top of the counter.

Could have been a little cleaner.

We stayed for a concert- about 7.5 miles to Lucas Oil stadium . No issues - close to the highway so it is a little noisy but we didn’t have any issues

Clean, inexpensive, and the staff is very helpful.
