Room was not available at 3pm, no blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. Staff was hard to find. Coffe was empty at breakfast, no waffle batter.

Great staff. Clean room. Should have stocked room with towels for four people instead of three as we had four on the reservation, but front desk supplied more towels without any trouble. Nice they offered supplies for tea and coffee by front desk, but needed more green tea bags.

Housekeeping did a great job! The room we stayed in was nothing like the pictures on the website. One of the outlets in the bathroom area was coming out of the room. Couldn’t fine a thermostat. Old carpet and the couch was beyond used. Not a king suite like it showed on the website. I’ve stayed in so many other Fairfield Inn and Suites at other locations and they’ve all been amazing! The front desk clerk was struggling to get anyone checked in and would zone out mid conversation. No I’ve on the second floor. The hotel itself was located in what appeared to be an unsafe location too. Didn’t feel comfortable parking my vehicle there at night. We were also told that we could check in early bc we had an event at 4, but weren’t allowed to check in until 3 which is ok but at the same time there were other people being checked in early. Honestly what I planned to be a wonderful weekend with my significant other still was in spite of our room.

They front desk manager and clerk were the best.They were so helpful when there was a mix up with reservations. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was great also.
