My wife was scheduled for surgery on Monday 6/22 at 5:00am We live three hours away so I made reservations, they canceled the surgery but I could not cancel the room I am VERY disappointed I will never make reservations again

I would definitely stay there again. Best price for the area, pool worked, and the coffee was ready to go in the morning 😊

Staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Second time staying here & the pool was closed again for maintenance. It’s Summertime & that’s the only amenity they really offer, but it’s never open. Cleanliness of room, updated furniture & linens would be a big plus; but they are not spending money on updates. Rusted mini-fridge, cheap bedding, no elevator (yep, second floor stay); nothing special about this place.

This place is terrible. Very very dirty. Most things are broke. The front desk has a big glass window with a speaker box like your at a nasty untrustworthy gas station. Pool claims to be broke. They’ll take a $100 deposit they never disclose up front and it’s very hard to get back. I would NEVER go here. Stay away

Bad service. I was talking to an employee and he got a phone call and just cut me off and answered the phone in front of me. The room was a mess, I had to replace the toilet paper when we first got there, there was a stain on the pillow, the room phone was just sitting on the floor in the corner, there was no bag in the trash can. Pretty much everything was messy/dirty. Housekeeping didn’t make our bed one day, which I feel is the bare minimum. She also knocked SUPER quietly at 9am one morning. I feel like most people are waking up around that time when they’re staying at a hotel (on the weekend). If we had still been asleep, I wouldn’t have heard her knock. Would she have just come in?? We also didn’t feel super safe considering there was nothing stopping anyone from coming in the building in the middle of the night. The side door said it was locked and needed a room key to open but it was not locked at all. To top it all off, the “complimentary breakfast” is underwhelming, just some bread and muffins and yogurt. And it ends at 9am on weekends. It should AT LEAST go until 10am. It’s a weekend for Christ sake. And I got down there at 9:05 and the guy basically told me to get out and that was when he got the phone call. Overall a terrible experience and not worth even the $150/night I spent.

Staff were nice and helpful. However, the manager spent a good amount of time outside and at one point someone couldn't check in due to him not being there. I know because my room key was deactivated and I couldn't get in my room and was waiting at the front desk for him to arrive.

The staff was great. We stayed there on the trip from Missouri to Maine. We liked it so well we planned our trip to arrive at this hotel on our return trip.

Do not book at this hotel. Spend more for a way better place. The room was so disgusting and super out dated. The sheets, couch, rug, and walls were stained. The a/c wasn’t working properly making it feel hot and humid. The blow dryer wasn’t working either and looked burnt and one of my towels had something that looked like blood. The mini fridge was completely frozen and not working well and it was also leaking. The cleaning crew were slamming doors so loud all throughout the day making it difficult to have some restful sleep. The breakfast was such a joke. I promise you it’s not worth waking up for. It was bread for toast, a few old looking muffins, and cereal that looked old. Cracks all over the room and my boyfriend and I woke up with bed bug bites. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I would rather sleep in my car than ever stay at this place. They wouldn’t give me a refund so I was stuck there and had a miserable vacation due to this nasty place. The owners should be ashamed!

The hotel offered a continental breakfast, but the overall setup, including the dining area and tables, was disappointing. The coffee was cold even though it was freshly brewed upon my request. The milk ran out, and no staff seemed to be monitoring or replenishing the breakfast items. The cleanliness was also concerning—when we wiped the tabletop with a napkin, it came away black with dirt. The bathroom ventilation was poor, causing the room to become very damp after showering. So there was a musty smell like wet towels. Overall, our experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I didn’t like the fact that I was up all hours of the night due to the guests next door opening and shutting the door until 2:30am. I had to wake up at 5:30am that morning to go somewhere with my husband. Not a happy camper.

Staff is really nice and accommodating. I liked everything. It was a little outdated as far as room maintenance and decor
-
Not clean at all. Property is very old and outdated. Things falling apart. Not enough bath towels, they give you stained pool towels if you need extra towels.

Everything was perfect for our stay and couldn't expect any more. Thank you for the hospitality and look forward to staying in the future!!!
