This property is immaculately clean. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not up to expectations and the property needs to be remodeled. However, the overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff makes this an easy hotel to recommend. As budget hotels go- this one is a winner.

Everything was clean. Our only issue was that there was a loud rattling on the upper filter grate. Didn't sleep well because of that. It was fine for one night.

Nice clean rooms.. Had a sitting room and fridge and microwave in the room.. Breakfast was decent.. Would stay again…

Check in was quick and easy. Hotel smelled amazing and was very clean. Room was large and spacious with 2 separate sleeping areas with televisions, a bathroom and mini kitchen area in between. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good. And price for room was very reasonable!

Nice clean room but shower would not work. Air conditioning makes a loud bang when it comes on and shuts off. A bit overpriced.

For a relatively affordable hotel, the Baymont is clean, spacious and well served. You don't get the bells and whistles, the staff in professional attire, or the widest choice at their included breakfast, but what you get for what you pay is solid.

The main reason for the bad review is the smell and cleanliness of the rooms. Pictures online are not representative of hotel.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired, parking was easy, the room was stinky, the parking lot had some big pot holes

This hotel is older but well kept. Its clean doesn't smell of smoke. The owners are wonderful and juggling a lot being new. I have no doubt they will make this hotel even better with time to come. The only suggestion I would give is maybe a little better breakfast.

The property and room were clean, spacious, and there were no issues. The staff was friendly, location is perfect, and is close to the highway, restaurants, Walmart, and in a good area. I will book another stay there when I return to Indiana in the future.
