Stayed for 3 nights. I was pleasantly surprised that my room was very nice, clean and comfortable, especially for the price.

First room we got in was dirty, stuff still in the fridge, bathroom wasnt cleaned. Moved to another room and it was still dirty.

Sheets were dirty and had cigarette holes in the comforter and sheet. The front desk gentleman did give me brand new sheets and pillow cases for the stay. Two towels in the bathroom, no hand towel or facecloth. Everything has stains on it, the walls ceilings, furnishings, everything appears to not be wiped down what so ever. NOW, our first hotel cancelled on us last minute and this hotel was cheaper and last minute, so for what I paid, it was what it was. But they are a serious. Leaning away from being 4 stars!

There was no breakfast as advertised, and the pool was not open and it was all green with algae
-
The bed was uncomfortable, the towels were basically stained and the amenities were terrible.
-
Very dirty, water didn't work in my room. 334. Hallway carpet was wet. Dirty bed sheets and stained comforter. Ice machine broken on 3rd floor.

Friendly and respectful staff. Outdated a bit but secure and decent price for the job. I think it’s worth the extra time for the company to make proper adjustments to their business plan soon as they are able.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is incredibly run down. It's dirty, furniture is old, scratched up, Breakfast is non-existent, bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood which it was with an old paper thin mattress on a fabricated stand with sheets that were to small for the bed itself. Carpeting in the halls and rooms are very old and wrinkled on the floor so badly if you don't watch it you can trip on the wrinkles. Painting through out the place is chipped scratched and dirty. The air conditioners in the rooms are about 50 years old and are louder than a freight train going by. Bathrooms are smaller than a coat closet with next to no room to move around. Had to push or pull very hard to get the front door to open, oddly, the only thing that worked was the doors key card. The main glass front doors to the building were filthy and full of hand and fingerprints and for the multiple days we were there, they were never cleaned! There was a small coffee stand in the lobby that never had any coffee in the decanter and when there was, it was ice cold. The room we had only had 2 large towels and 2 washclothes, there were no toiletries, good thing we had our own. I highly recommend you steer very clear of this property!!!

We understand that this hotel is under new ownership, so there are improvements being made. When we arrived, there was a tea cart in the lobby with hot coffee, or tea and iced orange drink... very much welcomed after our 5 hour drive! Our family booked 3 rooms. Our eldest son's room was nice but there was a huge bulging crack in the ceiling plaster from water damage that looked like it was ready to come down. Our room was nice. Our younger son's room also had a small crack in the ceiling plaster & what appeared to be a worn spot in the carpet which otherwise seemed fairly new. The air conditioner filters need to be cleaned. We would definitely stay here again as it was close to the race track. Also, I-65 was about a block away & we couldn't hear the traffic...a big plus !!!

The property was a little dated, but the room was clean, so no issues.

Location Cleaning bad
-
Not much Everything pretty much

Mattress was ok to good. Room had a not-so-pleasant odor (I've been in worse). Very disappointed in the fact there was no soap (of any type), no shampoo, no conditioner. Only two small bath towels, no medium size hand towels, no shower mat.

The pool was not an operation, the continental breakfast included bread and cereal, the flooring in the bathroom was coming up. The bathroom itself was in horrible condition. The toilet seat had no bolts was just resting on top. The TV fell off the wall in the middle of the night. The remote stopped working and they handed me a remote with painters tape holding the batteries in.
-
Upkeep to rooms like baseboards that were separating from wall in bathroom and really paper thin blankets, really flat pillows could be so much better
-
The hotel is a complete joke they tried to jack up the price $50 more than what was advertised don't waste your time there's more dope at this place then a grateful Dead concert

The laundry room was horrible, the pool was closed, I didn't have a shower curtain, when they handed me one and I went to put it on the curtain rod holder was broken, the tub was in bad condition, my door lock didn't work I also paid for a room with a kitchen and they completely changed my reservation to one without it but still charged me.
