well enough

This was an okay night stay and overall had a fairly good experience. The room was very clean and well lit. It was comfortable and quiet, too. The lobby was beautiful. However, the lady at the check-in desk was dismissive and didn't give us directions to our room. It seemed like she didn't want to be there. The continental breakfast was horrible. The eggs were nasty, the hashbrowns weren't cooked, and the biscuits were so dry. I had to throw all of it out.

I wasn’t in the room much only in room to sleep
-
The facility was OK, but pricey for the general condition of everything
-
Room was horrible.

Temperature in room was impossible to control. Thermostat reading of 75 deg. equated to 58 deg. Turning on air conditioner resulted in very uncomfortable cold temperatures which would rapidly reverse (> 70 deg) upon AC turnoff.

The room was good - giggled at the lack of clock anywhere in the room. Overall would stay again.

I have to say that every time we stay at the Baymont it's very clean and everything is updated and very well maintained. To top that off the staff is very kind and well mannered.

I wouldn't suggest this place if you have children with you

The hotel was convenient to stores and restaurants. Staff was attentive especially through breakfast. Room was clean.

Overall, there are criticisms I could make, but my impression was that the owners are really trying. There were boxes of new furnishings upstairs that show plans to upgrade all the rooms. Perhaps they are new owners in the process of improving the property. The bathroom was clean, and the lighting excellent, but though the bedroom floor appeared clean, my damp paper towel came up blackened. I'm sure staff doesn't realize. The bed was clean and comfortable. We skipped the free breakfast and went next door to Bob Evans. I don't want to be unduly harsh here, because as I said, I know they are really trying to be good hosts. You may find things much improved by the time I am writing this, so don't be afraid to give them a try.

Not a good visit. The bed was not comfortable and I did not get much sleep. The curved shower rod drooped so badly the curtain slide to the middle during my shower. Vinly flooring was not clean. Had to sit on the bed and wipe my feet with a washcloth after my shower to clean bottom of my feet before putting socks on. Breakfast was not appetizing and not well stocked at 8:30 AM. While the hotel was full, the small Crock-Pot at the sausage gravy was in had only been filled maybe 3 inches. Two or three guests could wipe it out and I was scraping bottom to get enough to cover biscuit. Not exactly sure what the little egg discs were other than manufactured and they did not taste good. I've stayed at this property a couple of times in the past and will never do so again

Our 1 year old crawled on the floor for less than 5 mins while we unloaded stuff into the room and when we picked her up her hands, knees, and tops of feet were black from how disgusting the floors were! Went to give her a bath, (half the reason I picked this place) and there was no plug for the tub and the shower faucet was broke and wouldn't go down in the tub. Along with a street light shining straight into the window so bright you could tell the difference between night and day with the curtains full closed. When I talked to management ans told him all this, he focused on the window shade and kept saying I wasn't doing it right. At that point we just said cancel our next night and we will find somewhere else.

They assured me it was going to be clean. So we swam. Pool: 2 ⭐️ Now the room, absolutely horrible. Looked like it was still being worked on. Extremely dusty and filled with Rat droppings and Black Mold in the toilet restroom area. And I booked a room with two Queen beds just to get two Full sized beds. Room: 1 ⭐️ Breakfast was underwhelming, you’re better off going to Cracker Barrel or Burger King right across the way. Breakfast: 1 ⭐️
