Property needs extreme makeover. Dirty hallways and common areas. Room lacked towels and other basic amenities. Toilet on last legs. Entire facility had a skecky feel.

Front Desk claimed I had no room after saying my name. They wouldn't take my ID and claimed they had no availability. Carpet has blood stains, grease stains, wallpaper is peeling all around the moldy and musty property. Deadbolt on the door isnt even attached to the wall. Yellow tinged tile in the bathroom was the opposite of comfortable

It was dirty they didn't steam clean any carpets they mopped the borders of the walls it was weird the elevator was filthy and the hot tub wasn't working after I asked if all amenities were working the hotel smelled like weed ....very disappointed we had 2 rooms and someone rummaged thru my car in the middle of the night so no security.....was definitely expecting better seeing how they are in a nicer neighborhood definitely won't be back

This hotel was awful. The room we were initially assigned was not cleaned when we walked in and we were given a different room. There was no deadbolt and the manual lock was broken. The room and the entire property were dirty, with peeling wallpaper and broken fixtures. There were also several transient people outside, sitting in the grass and walking near the property. The exterior doors are not locked. The worst part was when I turned down my bed, there was a cap for a syringe under the duvet. There are signs for construction and I see on other reviews this is used as an excuse for the property being in shambles. There is no construction happening at this property. The hotel was fully booked with linemen from out of town, the parking lot was full of bucket trucks. For your own safety, do not stay at this hotel. It’s cheap for a reason.

The front staff and dining help were very friendly and accommodating. I rated it poorly due to several things. Air conditioner not working, but staff was very accommodating in switching my room. The new rooms toilet BARELY flushed…had to hold down the handle and cheer it on. Went to shower…no towels, wash cloths, or hand towels. They only had pool towel available. No coffee or coffee cups. For a 2 night stay, NO room service, even to empty trash and change towels. Again, I thought the staff were very friendly, just needed more housekeeping.

When I booked online the pool was what sold me on the hotel. The website should be updated if that pool is not open because it is the showstopper! Such a bummer! The room was nice but this hotel allows dogs and my neighbor had a loud one. I came for peace of mind and all I can hear was his door slamming all night and his dog scratching at the door. I was disappointed even more because I reserved online two weeks in advance, requesting a Mobility room with king size bed only to check in and find out I could only get a room with double beds. I just knew they would have breakfast in the morning and they didn't. If they did it was not in plain sight. Staff also never informed me. I also wasn't expecting to be charged for the room before I even arrived to check in, that was different. Overall nice place. Very clea . My TV was huge.

Room was disgusting. Broken down old fixtures and furniture. Film of dirt caked all over. Stains on carpet throughout hotel. Staff was amazing though.

Smelled of smoke, no washcloths no hot water in the shower. Understaffed.

The hotel location is semi convenient, but stepping over the trash to get in through the back door was tricky after recovering from recen knee surgery. It’s not maintained there at all, the parking lot was overloaded with garbage the two whole two nights I was there.

I liked the big parking lot selection, hotel was decent. Housekeeping crew i never saw them. Was there for 10 days and only had my room cleaned one time. The time they actually cleaned room and gave me towels was because I had to go to front desk several times and complain .was one of the worst housekeeping experiences I've experienced

My experience with the staff was more neutral. I just needed a bed to sleep in so that I did not have to travel 3 hours round trip on almost no sleep. The staff member did let me know the A/C was having an issue before I checked in. He seemed to handle the rude man that entered after me pretty well. The room appeared to be clean. The soap in the bathroom was good quality. The staff member was away from the desk, but had a sign up. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes before I was assisted to check in. I was a late check-in and had been up for nearly 24 hours, your staff member attempt to talk me out of staying. If I had another place to stay, or had booked ahead I would have been more disappointed and would have left. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The room door didn't want to close properly and took some time to get it to full close. The room price was significantly high than I would typically pay for the condition and quality of the room.

The outdoor pool was closed & in disrepair. The entire property is dated & in need to renovation.

Stayed there on and off 2-3days a week for the last 6months or so. I love Ms Lenicia! She always makes sure I’m all checked in when I get off work in the morning. The hotel is old but well maintained. The cook to order breakfast was convenient at the Sanctuary restaurant in the lobby. It was a fair driving distance to my job. I’ll stay again if I’m back in the Cleveland area.
