Old dirty rooms . Bed sheets were so old and disgusting I ended up leaving the hotel ! I was grossed out by the entire room .

The check in receptionist didn't issue me a breakfast card and I had to ask for it next morning.

Very nice. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was nicer than I’ve had in a long time. Did not stop into the dance club but saw through the door inside that people were having a great time. Would definitely stay again.

The room was nice but there was a lot of hallway noise (doors closing) that was fairly constant. It was a first floor room near staff working areas and there was always someone going in or out.

The location is amazing and very nice staff, the pool too was really nice Some rooms are not renovated and not the cleanest which was our first room then we asked for a different one and they accommodated us right away with a renovated one which was super clean

This place is in need of a serious refresh. The entire hotel, from the hallways to the room, smelled. Hallway like gym socks and bathroom in our room had a terrible sewer smell coming from the drain. Speaking of, the drain in the sink backed up immediately, taking forever to clear. The AC unit looked like it had been through a war and barely kept up with the weather in the 80's. We made sure to keep the blinds drawn to help keep the sun's heat out. Never got the room below 72. Rest of the room had some serious dings to the walls and other odd hack-job repairs. The only saving graces were the bed was fairly comfortable, the shower was clean and ran well without backing up, and you have easy access to the freeway. Staff was indifferent about us staying there, borderline cold.
