Clean rooms , comfortable beds, conveniently located. It was about 30 minute drive to Blossom. Less than a 20 minute drive to downtown Cleveland. The best part of it , was the breakfast, the reason I came back a second time. Would definitely stay here again , when I’m back in the area.

Very nice staff but the facilities are in poor repair. Broken items everywhere and workout equipment was out of order. Unpleasant oder in the rooms.

Staff was nice, but bathroom was dirty and beds uncomfortable. Noisy too! Stayed 2 nights and no one brought new towels or touched up the room.

The floor was very dirty. The rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. Not the most comfortable bed, but ok for 1 night.

I didn’t like the congestion of people during breakfast time, there were few tables to sit which made me to stand for a while. Also the line was too long for making Waffle that make me not having it.

This one needs a refresh. Rooms are dated and need maintenance. For example, window screen was falling out of window. Stains on couch. Front desk worker berated me for not booking directly through Hilton, which is ridiculous. Breakfast was very basic. Location pretty good and parking convenient. Not the best. Not the worst.

I don't think the value was inline with the price. The hotel is modest but I paid premium price.

Check in was efficient, friendly & hospitable. Room was spacious, clean & bed comfortable. Ample parking near entrance door for our room. Appreciate that they have a security system requiring guests to swipe room card to enter side door at all times. Nice that coffee was available all day. The breakfast was a 5 out of 10. Breakfast potatoes were cold, food selection was not noteworthy.
