Staff were friendly and accommodating however, the floors in our room were filthy- turned my daughter’s socks black. Breakfast foods ran out about 7am (starts at 6) and were not restocked.

Overall it is not well maintained. Elevator carpet is soiled and dirty. The "continental" breakfast is quite a joke -- only a couple package food (i.e. ultra-processed factory made food).

My overall experience was disappointing. The shower was not working properly, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the staff was not friendly or helpful when addressing concerns. Unfortunately, the service and accommodations did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

I did not stay in the room due to the conditions of the room and the limited availibility of other vacant rooms. The bed had dirty, grimy sheets or underwear stuffed on the side of the mattress

The breakfast consisted of package muffins that were moist and kids yogurts. And crappy coffee. Would not stay at this hotel chain.

The price was cheaper but you get what you pay for. The hotel is older and needs some updating. The room was a decent size however smelled like cats upon entering and the beds were small (double) and not very comfortable. The pillows were small and you might as well have been just laying your head on the bed. The floors were so dirty and looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. My kids socks were black after walking on the floor. The staff at check in was amazing and very helpful. The staff the following day looked like she’d rather be anywhere else instead of helping you. The grab and go breakfast consisted of fig neuton bars, crunchy granola bars and packaged muffins. The coffee and hot chocolate were decent. It was in a nice quiet area and close to many amenities.

No dishes or utensils in room. Sketchy clientele. Non-working equipment in fitness area.

Bathroom in my room wasn’t clean. Hair still in the shower. Check in was painfully slow and didn’t even book my room correctly.

Large room, clean, well regulation of the room temp. Kitchen really has nothing in the cabinets so you all of your cooking and eating supplies. I would recommend this place.

The bathrooms were laid out poorly and the walls were thin… you could hear everything going on down the main hallway. Rooms felt dirty and every time we used the elevators there was trash left in them. It was a place for us to spend the night, but it wasn’t our favorite experience. Parking was easy and convenient and they were pet friendly.
