Nice spacious rooms, friendly front desk and cleaning staff, strong internet, good location next to Ikeja mall and a number of restaurants. Restaurant staff were a bit rude, breakfast for only one person for double accupancy, too much strictness on food ratio

We had a late arrival due to flight delay I stayed in contact with management and they were waiting for us at 10pm and even upgraded our room I had lost my voice and the bartender had made me a complimentary honey lemon tea which really helped the restaurant food will do you well large portions you won’t find any like it for miles and their buffet breakfast will have you leaving singing just keep in mind if you have a room on top floors there is no elevator

I love the fact that is close to the mall and is room is spacious I need them to change the toilet sit, for a price that is #115,000 per night I expect them to do sone renovation. And there breakfast take long when u get there an hour to the closing.

Good location, easy access to public utilities. Big rooms. Utilities staff are warm and pleasant. Very close to a main road, you can hear each car honk from the road. The rooms are badly maintained, rooms are clumsy, dirty, too hot as most of the AC were just glorified fans, not cooling at all. I moved rooms 4 times in a night because the rooms were very warm until they could give me a room that has functional AC. Most of the room's shower has no doors. Thus, water splashes onto the floor outside of the shower box. There are black stains, moulds on the walls, ceilings, and doors. Some doors have been pried open from, thus not locking properly. I was woken open at 7am one day with the sound of a drilling machine from above my room, I requested 6 room change, but it was not done till I left to go outside for business. The fridges in the rooms are not clean, water draining out from some fridges, constituting trip hazards for new quest. Some front desk officers are rude, inconsiderate, and passive-aggressive personalities.

Just the big building It’s so badly maintained, very dirty and unkempt, very dishonest staff and rude. Air condition didn’t work over night and I called them few times and they lied to me that they were coming to fix it which they never did .

Good bed and wifi Not a single waiter or barman who was willing to serve to the point that we got our own drinks. Asked about the menu for dinner and pointed to a QR code. After waiting 25 minutes for some to take our order we were told nothing was available from the menu except chicken and rice. A complete waste of time. Dinner took 90 minutes to arrive....there was a handful of customers. During that time all the wait staff were chatting in the kitchen.

The staff were helpful and nice. The interior and furniture need replacement. Towels provided not clean I had to check out few hours after I checked in.

The location is amazing. Next to almost everything anyone could ask for 3 min walk to mall, cinema, shopping, nice restaurants, and at the very heart of Ikeja The staff service was disappointing. After traveling all the way from Australia, I arrived at the hotel only to find that they couldn’t initially confirm my booking. I was asked to wait for several minutes while they located the only person who handles online bookings. Exhausted from the long journey, I leaned back in my chair to relax, only to have a security guard approach me and say, “We don’t allow this kind of sitting.” It was frustrating—if the staff had promptly attended to me upon my arrival, I wouldn’t have had to sit in the lobby for another 20 minutes in the first place. On top of that, the bathroom was in terrible condition with several maintenance issues, and there were no basic toiletries like soap, making it seem as though the room hadn’t been prepared for us at all. This added to an already poor experience. We had to check out of the hotel after just 6 hours of checking in to find some where else.
