This hotel should NOT be offered on Orbitz. These places have a purpose but it is not for folks who use Orbitz. No lobby, check in with a guy through a bullet proof glass window. safety is poor aparently in the hood. But doors to the outside facing rooms (all of them) loose, not tightly closed. Very rough inside. I didn't stay, since there is no cancellation at this hotel or through orbitz for this hotel, I ate the $90 and drove across the freeway to the GArden Inn

They did not bother us once which was nice and zero noise it felt very clean and private and Rita’s restaurant accross the street is fire.

It was close to where I was working for the week To get new towels and coffee, you had to leave the room and be locked out, I wish they would have just offered to switch the towels and refill the coffee. They didn’t do it the first day because my partner was in the room so the 2nd day we needed it so he had to stand outside while they did it, so the third day he sad forget it, he didn’t want to be locked out of the room for 20 min.

Very pleasantly surprised, nice clean room. Shower had excellent pressure, check in staff was very friendly. Lots of parking.

Friendly staff but my microwave was rusted and old in the inside, so disgusting. There was also was a weird smell in the room, there was a HUGE pee stain when I lifted the blanket I was sleeping on, absolutely sickening (I took a picture for reference). One of the maids walked in the room even though I said not to and kept trying to come in even though I said to go away. Definitely won't be coming back here.

The hotel was good. I’ll stay there again, but the only thing was my door had a big gap. I don’t know if all the doors are like that. When I notice it I just said forget changing rooms, because I was leaving the next day. I couldn’t see the gap until the next morning after I had checked in…….

Easy access on and off major roadways, but minimal sound/disruption. Beds were extremely comfortable. Laundry easy to use. No complaints.

The shower!!!! Best motel shower, hot water great pressure.. room was clean, bed was very comfy.. front staff was very nice.. Only bad was the pillow cases had stains, not enough towels for a couple.. stairs to get into office and room are very slippery when wet.. 290 becomes a race track after 10:00.. and also stayed there on a night that had a shooting at the Texaco 1/8 mile away..

I didn't like the fact that they didn't provide toothpaste. Other than that I enjoined my stay. The room was spacious.

Location was great interstate hwy was like 2 minutes away. Lots of places to eat within minutes. Also big stores like wal mart and target. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Check in was very fast and simple. Nice quite area. Rooms are clean have a clean kitchen with a small fridge, stove, and microwave. I liked the table at the kitchen also.

I didn’t care for the location as it was very loud, car alarms and sirens consistently throughout the night. The person checking me in for our stay was pleasant but seemed to have trouble finding our reservation.

It was ok but very noisy people and staff. The room was missing things such as coffee pot (although there was coffee, sugar and cream packets) , iron, blow dryer. Overall experience was ok. I’d probably NOT choose this place as my first spot to stay, maybe my last choice if all else fails.

We did not stay in either room for more than 10 minutes before we left even though it was prepaid advance... We Just booked 2 other nearby rooms. Deteriorating furniture (Cracked, chipped, peeling).. the paint on every wall in both rooms was peeling off. EXTREMELY Disappointed.

I booked this hotel because it was midway from the Woodlands and Katy. There are no stores, and restaurants around it. There were a lot of drunk people making noise at night and dropping food on the floor. They came knocking at my door at night. I felt very safe and checked out to go another Hotel.

I have stayed here many times now because it is clean and the beds are very comfortable. A small issue is that other guests are a bit noisy and everything is heard through the door.

Check in was quick and easy, had everything we needed for the quick trip and was clean, clean, clean.

Don’t let the exterior entrances fool you… The room was spacious, clean, in great condition and comfortable! Staff were extremely friendly and also understanding about my ESA pet.

Good customer service….check in was nice and quick…got to our room and it appeared to clean….check the bedding like I always do and found stains on the blanket and the sheets. I asked for the bedding to be changed and they politely did it. The hotel is right off the highway and I could hear the cars flying by…the weather stripping around the door missing which I think why the door wouldn’t close all way

This is a very nice place! My only disappointment is that there wasn't a hair dryer available. Minimal compared to everything else from service to comfort!

I'll not be staying here again and will not recommend.

Place was nice and clean. They also allowed us to check in early. So we were very grateful for that. The toilet handle and the bathroom door were a little bootleg, but that didn't bother us. Overall comfy beds and clean.

Loved our stay here! Quiet comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable. No frills, but you know that going in. The front desk was very friendly. Room was clean. No carpets, which is a plus. The shower is extra nice. The 1pm standard chevk in time was really helpful with the plans we had while in Houston. We would definitely stay here again. For the price plus comfort and cleanliness, you cannot beat it.

Just staying for a one nigjter to get some alone time. The room was perfect for that. Nothing wrong and very spacious. Definitely would go back.

The staff was very friendly, room was nice and clean. Was adjacent to a busy street so noise level was very loud at times. Biggest complaint was some individuals we encountered while there. Twice in the late hours, we were awoken by a random individual knocking on our door. When coming down the stairs, there was a gentleman pacing back and forth between the parking lot and the stairs. He appeared to be agitated. Made me extremely uncomfortable when walking with my children. Overall room and staff were wonderful but would not be booking here again due to possible sketchy neighborhood

Right next door to LOUD and busy road and i guess windows thin as we could hear the road noise as we were right on the road. Impossible to sleep due to noise!!!!!! Could hear the trucks all night long!!!!!!! Unfriendly front desk stuff
