Everything else was top notch, staff and restaurant staff were nice! The restaurant staff were very fun and made for a relaxing experience.

Clean room parking was well lit and secure

The room was clean and spacious; the bed was comfy, and even being beside the elevators, I slept well. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Breakfast was really delicious. Trains make a lot of noise during the night, refrigerator not working properly, tv not working properly.

Hotel looks really nice from the outside and in the lobby. The room we checked into had a bug chillin on the bed, so we asked for a new room. The new room smelled a bit, and there were small hairs all over in the sheets, on the pillows, and in the bathroom. We ended up just using our own sheets cause it was late and I didn’t want to bother the hotel staff again. Aside from that, the hotel was quiet and we were able to sleep well.

There were a couple strands of hair in bathroom and on bed(not mine). The front desk attendant was aloof and then told me my room was down one hallway, when it was actually the complete opposite side of hotel. Had the last room on first floor near exit. The door had no “door closer” so it slammed shut and shook the whole room throughout the night.

Property was safe but we had roaches in our room

Hotel is currently under renovations, so future visits may be different. My room smelled musty and mildewey. The hot water was tepid in the shower. The tv was damaged, the carpet soiled, and one elevator cab was out of order. Service was fantastic.

For them having construction around the hotel , you really couldn’t tell. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again and looking forward to see the repairs.

The water did not drain properly in the bathtub, the pillows were not wonderful. They do not clean your rooms during your stay. No trash retrieval or taking the old towels and replenishing with bew ones. Had to request new towels from the front desk.

I truly enjoyed almost every aspect of my stay: daily room refresh, coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room, ample parking. My only complaints are that the ice machine on the 4th floor was broken all week and that they block FireStick MAC addresses.

The room was very dated. The furniture was a Miss mash of chipped damaged and stained furniture. Dust and dirt visible in multiple places on the walls. Couldn’t wait to check out.

I made my reservation and pre paid a week in advance. When I arrived I was informed they were oversold and didn’t have a room for me. It sounded like it wasn’t an uncommon occurrence. Get your act together Marriott.

I picked the location because it had a bar. When we arrived the bar was closed down

The property was ok. The property charged our stay twice, even though we had already paid through booking. One we were able to cancel with the bank as it was still pending and the second one we waited forever to get it returned. Worst stay ever as the staff was rude when we would contact them to inquire about the issue.

Plumbing problems the 4th floor and my room smelled like sewer.

Great spot, right off the feeder although it does not have an entrance on the feeder. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor fireplace area was nice to relax and dry off at bit after pool. Thanks to Angel who was able to accommodate my request. Bed was also pretty comfy! Pool was good but could use a bit of attention.

The internet was out for a little less than half of my stay, and i was unable to work. The temperature of the water in my shower was lukewarm. Really disappointing.. I love Marriott, but i don’t recommend this location until they improve things.

I NEED A REFUND BECAUSE the hotel was not open and my reservation was not active because they had no power due to hurricane Beryl

The stay didn’t even happen. Hurricane Beryl left us without power. We booked online. Tried to call the hotel both the 800 and local number to make sure they had power and confirm our reservation. No answer to either number after several calls and several minutes on hold. We arrived at the hotel. They said they were sold out and could not honor our reservation. We asked for help with refunding. Said we would have to deal with it through third party. Just frustrated as to why someone could not have contacted us to let us know we did not have a room. We had to drive and hour and a half late at night to finally find a place to stay

Had to change rooms twice. Air condition not cooling good. Room was small for a king night was too small.

The Hotel was average for the price. It was clean. The area was not a good area I suppose. I had my tailgate and both taillights stolen from my truck overnight. It took several weeks for management to look into the video surveillance and they never reported to me what they saw. Other than the theft and there not being any security the property was good.

Everything was good except the cleanliness of our hotel room. There were dead bugs on the floor near the bed.

Positives were the bed and pillows were actually very comfortable and the sleep i did get was enjoyable. The room was clean and the linens were provided in the closet for the pull out bed. The bathroom was stocked with enough towels, a hair dryer, makeup remover wipes and full bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall. That was awesome. Would i stay here again? No, probably not unless it was dirt cheap to do so.

Stay was fine, but breakfast charge on my CC didn't get put through until 6 weeks later, at which point it got reported as fraud and now my CC is shut down on another business trip. Not cool.

Towels are operantly a valuable commodity here. All in all, not great nor terrible. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave.

Good location and convenient to US 290. Hotel has a no smoking sign near the doors of the rooms. Not sure whether it was smoke or just a musty/damp smell but our room had an odor. We were there for only one night. Overall, hotel was acceptable for one night stay.

The room that we stayed was on the 3rd floor facing the highway you can hear the cars and to top it off the AC made too much noise and no complimentry breakfaedt.I will never stay in this Hotel again

The sofa bed look dirty without the cover. The curtain was broken so it was hard to watch TV. When I called to see if they can fix the curtain at 6 pm on sat I was told that they don’t have any maintenance staff to fix it. They did give me the option to switch but there was no staff to make sure the new room was in good condition. It look like they were short staffed. The person working at the lobby appeared stressed. I got a cheap hotel feel after staying at this location.

Everything was great.

Overall our stay was good and work well for what we needed. The rooms were not really clean, there was mold growing on the carpet behind the bed, dead bugs in the bathroom, hair all in the shower/tub and black dirty when I tried to fill the tub to bathe my toddler. There were only 2 towels but they brought us plenty when we notified them. We would stay there again if needed but hope to find our room a little cleaner next time.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful! My boys loved swimming and the rooms were so nice! Comfy beds and pillows.

I booked this for my Parents who are disabled and my sister who was staying with them for emergencies. She spent 20 minutes unloading the car by herself. Got my Dad into his wheel chair and my mom her walker. Gets into the hotel and the system went down. They told her she could not stay there. This was at 11:30 at night the day of my brother's funeral after driving 4 hours from the coast. They should have checked them in and dealt with the system later. Especially since I had booked it online. Thank God she is a saint because that was just too much. No compassion what so ever. After they watched the unload in freezing temperatures.

I was charge an extra $120 after already paying for my hotel in full before getting there. The front desk lady was extremely rude when I asked what happened and said she would have to deal with me later. Won’t be back!

The hotel was not clean and the carpet was in great need of replacing. Several large stains and felt dirty under your feet. Bed was ok. Not most comfortable I’ve slept on but more than adequate and got a decent nights sleep. Every time I approached the front desk the staff was not there and I had to yell for someone to come before they realized I was there and emerged from the back. There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby but the prices seemed rather high for the property type. Breakfast was over $10 for a breakfast bowl. I tried to get a Starbucks latte since they had signs up saying they sold it there but when I asked the man said he did not know how to work the machine and offered me regular black coffee instead. I was not satisfied with my stay and won’t be returning

Company truck stolen on 1st night of a 3 night stay. Checked out the next day. Hotel itself is fine but there's not an actual security guard on site, just security cameras which are not helpful. Thieves were long gone by the time it was discovered missing that morning and obtaining video footage. The rooms are cheap for a reason obviously. Charge a little more and pay a security guard!
