NOTHING!! I didn't like anything. As soon as I arrived all 3 emplyes was very rude time I walked thru the door. Get to my room finally and they done rented it for a hour previously before I got there terrible. Go down to the office to exchange rooms well the 3rd employee started arguing with Ted h me refunded my money and called the cops and lied to them. Long story short DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE. THERE CRAZY PEOPLE.

Staff was really helpful. We needed another key, they helped us no problem. They made change for us so we could use the laundry facility. Sheets had some stains, tho. Holes in the curtains. My room could have been cleaner.

He started to shout at me saying that I am arguing and when I showed him my booking instead of apologizing for me, he said in a rude tone *bring your keys and I will refund you the money * while if he was calm and diplomatic , I'd accept the mistake happening by the advertisement but his bad attitude let me leave the hotel with three kids at night. Moreover, there was no laundry soap to buy from the reception they will ask you to go outside far place to buy. Pls hire normal and nice people.

I BOOKED FOR A KING AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY GAVE MY ROOM AWAY AND GAVE ME A HANDICAP ROOM WITH DOUBLE BEDS N THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN STUFF ON THE FLOOR N THE SHOWERHEAD WAS BROKEN PLUS THE REFRIGERATOR WASN'T WORKING EITHER OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS Cool I GUESS

Didn't eat breakfast here because there was a Denny's Restaurant, 3 doors down, where we could get a full breakfast. That was better for us because we are both diabetics. This property was only a few minutes from my appointment on the day that we left. Our room was not completely ready. No chair for desk. No lamps for night stands. No shelves or drawers in refrigerator. I killed 2 Cockroaches in the room. (One came from behind the television and the other was in the kitchen area.

I honestly can’t say The customer was very rude& the other clerk didn’t understand English which caused conflict. Blood was on the bedding and bugs were in the 1st room before I was switched to a different room.

The rooms are very clean, beds kind of comfortable, tv, wifi good, space super, accommodation really good bathrooms spotless we like it Just the people of next room they have a dog starting wimping and making a lot of noose, at 2am ??‍♀️ and suddenly at 4am or so there was a lady yelling and saying profanity words and making a lot off noise omg awful but we understand is not the hotel is the people behaving in this situation not respecting the resting of others ones.

Room was as to be expected, but the floor was dirty. There was hair on the floors and looked like someone just forgot to finish cleaning. Bed was comfortable and clean. In the bathroom there was a big dirty hand print on the back of the door. Just small details that were missed by the cleaning staff. Overall the stay was quiet and staff was kind.

Was in a 2nd floor room and there was little cockroaches. The fridge and the sink had some stains. Bed sheets also had stains.

Terrible, the large almost detached painting in that room came off and fell on my head while I was laying down.

Fridge not plugged in. No hair dryer. Overall these were minor inconveniences that didn't really effect my stay.

The first room had roaches in there, the second room the lights didn’t work. The sink was falling apart. The remote didn’t work for the tv either. Pillows was dirty with stains on there.

Clean room. Good staff. They also allow service dogs with no question ( but if you have a service animal make sure to bring right paper work and rember to clean up after) the staff is nice about it so be nice about it back 🙂

This place has gotten some bad reviews but I feel I got exactly what I paid for iykwim!! The room was roomy, clean and AC worked. The free breakfast was coffee and a granola bar but I knew that already from reading the reviews. No biggie. Denny’s is right next door. Ask for Miranda, she was great!! Never got in the pool but it looked great. Housekeeper was super nice. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room but the front desk had both… minor inconvenience but you get what you pay for. No biggie! I was in town for a concert and whatever else I could find so I wasn’t really hanging out in a hotel room. I never felt unsafe and it served its purpose!

Day one basically just threw my key at me. I've never been treated so unfriendly at a hotel or motel. Day two, got there for breakfast at 8:55 a.m. and she said, it's closed. All it is is a granola bar and coffee anyway. Breakfast was supposed to be over at 9:00. How hard would it have been to bring me a couple of granola bars??? Later that day I go to tell her they didn't clean my room. She says, it's not daily service. All I needed was another bar of soap (they only put one small bar in the room) and clean towels. She meets me on the side and hands me a small bar of soap. Yes, I would stay there again, but they do need to improve breakfast by fixing the juice machine, adding at least some pastries, cereal and milk. Or don't advertise that breakfast is included. I saw many reviews saying the same thing from months ago and the manager replying they would work on it. Clearly they haven't yet. Most of all, it doesn't cost anything to be nice. A smile goes a long way. Train the front desk to be nice. Act like we're guests, not an inconvenience.

Floor hadn't been swept, and the room smelled like an underground military bunker...I know what that smells like...I'm former military. It's a basic place, but clean. Haven't seen any roaches. Hard to beat for the price. Little Rock Motel 6 is still the standard-bearer.

It was nice, clean, comfortable, and incredibly peaceful! I needed some alone time and a change of scenery so I booked the weekend and it was worth it! The desk lady, Artii, (I hope I spelled that right) was such a sweetheart and so helpful with anything I needed. I plan on revisiting next time I need a recharge.

Parking was nice and it was very easy to get out to the freeway too. The staff workers were friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze! Great value in today’s world.

No clean towels other than the 2 we got upon check in. Coffee machine in the room was missing packet holder. Room smelled like mold.

I was going to check in late so I called that morning and was greeted with a kind voice that reassured me my room would be waiting when I arrived. When I did arrive the lady who checked me in was so pleasant for that time of night and the same attitude at 4 am when I dropped my key off. I would have given a excellent rating if it hadn't been for the sketchy gentleman that decided to stand outside my room until the early morning hrs.

¿Why do you accept reservations when you're not going to receive the people and give them their room? ¿Why do you lock the doors when it supposed to be open at 5pm? Poor service!!!

Enjoy our stay until we checked out. I warmed leftover pizza using the room's microwave. I then checked out and attempted to eat my pizza in the dining room area, but the door was locked. I then sat down in the lobby to eat my pizza. The Front Desk lady told me I couldn't eat there. I doubt I will return to this motel.
