I thought the variety of cereal muffins , bagels having eggs and been able to make the texas size waffles with perfect with syrup and butter definitely was fulfilling and I enjoyed every bite and the yogurt cups topped it off with the apple juice and orange juice. I have no complaints

This is the worst Hotel in the World! Do not stay HERE! The pics will have your thinking differently. When I checked in the staff was not friendly and then when I got to my room it was roaches in there in the sink. I was there for every bit of 5 mins and gone! Tried to get my money back and they will not give it to me. I'm still trying to get my money back. Its my money. I still haven't got my deposit. I have contacted higher up on them. I'm Pissed and they nasty! The damn drawer didn't close in the room, just Ghetto!!

The woman checking me in was more concerned with texting then getting me checked in. When I went to checkout the person immediately put up a sign they would be away for 10 minutes. I did not have time to wait for them to return. I would suggest a key return box. The room was clean. The bed was lumpy. The shower curtain was ripped and kept getting the floor wet. It was just a place to sleep for the night. Nothing great about that hotel.

The hot water. I got absolutely no sleep from the people above us jumping up in down on the ceiling. I booked this location for the pool it was out of service. My key never worked i had to go to the front desk every time i went out the room. It was a very long and not pleasant night.

This room was filthy and nasty. It smelled like dog urine and mold. I was sick the next morning and all of my clothing stunk. The staff told me there were no other rooms and did not care. The bathtub was not safe to use the wall had a huge crack in it and it was glued together.

The breakfast was okay it would have been better if there were more options to choose from and the eggs, sausages was cooked more and with flavor. My main reason for booking this hotel was for the pool and it was closed because it needs to be cleaned, the owners of this property should let customers know that their pool will be out of order before people check in especially people with kids that loves to swim at least put it on the website that the pool is out of order. The staff was very helpful to us and answered every question that we had and also was helping us look for other places to swim, the room was good and clean, parking was great as well.

Place was not bad for the value, the carpet in my room was kinda permanently wet and moist and there was a permanent slight drip from the bathroom somewhere, but honestly again, cannot complain for the price! Aside from that i had no issues, front desk was super polite and helpful, breakfast was as good as you'd expect, and honestly felt decently safe in the area too. Lots of parking as well!

We had a great stay comfortable and safe hotel was well maintained the staff took the time to get to know us and was helpful in each interaction as well as the manager working with me n my work schedule and extending our stay breakfast was early perfect for on way to work stops really enjoyed my stay they have comfortable beds and pillows as well thank you !

The breakfast was great. Unfortunately, the juice machine was not working but water was available. Plenty of safe parking. WiFi and A/C worked great. Excellent 50 inch TV and many channels. Mini Frid and Microwave worked great. Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff friendly. Location a little tricky to reach but OK.

I checked in and immediately checked out. When I walked into the room, it smelled mildewy and like smoke they had cracks in the ceiling and in the wall, the head bugs the headboard had handprints on them. The bed covers had stains on them, the table head nail they had a bar of You soap in the tub. The police were called to the property because of a fight and a customer they did not want to leave their own. They only had one receptionist at the front desk. It was a very terrible experience and I’m still trying to get my refund from Expedia because I did not see there.

The worst La Quinta ever, I guess you get what you pay for. Sketchy activity,illegal activity all night long. The people that were staying there just made it feel unsafe for families. Street walkers and drug users in and out. The property was run down big time, roach infested you could see the roaches all over the exterior walls the water damage in bathrooms paint on walls was just terriblly mix matched just a coat of paint to cover water damages. The room was dirty, dusty. We left and went to dinner came back the whole floor smelled of marijuana in the evening into the morning. I would recommend to stay far away from this property as we will never book a La Quinta again because of this location. I should’ve read reviews before booking, NEVER AGAIN!

Very close to multiple food locations and safe It was hard to get to from the main road and was a little confusing upon arrival. But once I located it was easy enough to get to.

Staff was friendly, hotel was run down and in need of quality repairs. Room was dusty and bathroom shower and sink were not adequately cleaned.

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures. The room smelled like cat urine. The carpet throughout the hotel is very dirty.

Room was ok but not really clean, there was a leak in the ac unit. The water in bathroom coming out of tub was dirty. Vent in bathroom was being held on by packing tape. Breakfast was not done so we never ate there. Hallways smell like mold. Staff lady was good and friendly but the guy gave the helped us charged us $40 more a night for an up grade for a couch. When we booked the room we were just getting a king size bed, but when we found out that our grandson was coming with us, we needed to upgrade to a suite. Online it says $10 a night and when we got there, it was $40 a night. We did confront this guy at the desk, but he said no that’s wrong and it’s $40 a night. We will not be coming back to this place. I would like to have somebody call me so I can explain more.

When we were leaving, we had left our laptop computer in the room. One of the ladies on the maintenance staff came rushing out to get it to us before we left. It was really appreciated.

Location was good Room had an unpleasant smell. I am disabled but forgot my handicap decal and was instructed to park on the other side across from the handicap spot and building. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just let me park in the handicap spot but i did as requested and parked one the other side. After parking i stepped out of my vehicle i stepped in a hole covered by grass and re-injured my foot/ankle and almost fell over. I let the staff on duty know what happened and they had the manager offer to give me a discount on my room. I found that insulting and told them that I didn’t tell them what happened to get my room for free or a discount. I asked what the next step is and all the Manager said was “this has never happened before so idk”. No i have to go see more doctors at a time when i just started to get relief. I called and spoke with an employee and asked her if the manager Pete was in and to ask him how i can reach corporate. NO ONE HAS EVEN REACHED OUT. I will be taking action. If you are handicapped or disabled be careful always but even more so at this property.

Everything (pool, gym, breakfast, elevator, carts, wifi, tv) was operational and clean. It was quiet and the folks were friendly. I didnt realize we needed a cash deposit upon arrival and while there was an atm in the lot next door they didnt have one on the premises.

There were obvious signs of roaches in the room, and the AC unit made the loudest and most annoying noise consistently. Once we brought this to the staff at the front desks attention he swiftly changed our room with no further comment as if this was a daily complaint received. The room we switched into obviously had been freshly cleaned and painted as it smelled of both initially. A few pillows were stained, the furniture was both torn apart and stained to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable touching it. We decided to stay as we’d already paid and were tired from traveling hours. There were roaches in the room, and once the paint and strong cleaner smells wore off, the room stunk so bad. The carpet was both stained and grimy feeling. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I understand that I didn’t book a luxury suite, but every person deserves to feel clean and safe. Especially when you’re spending money on a stay.

The TV setup was ancient, using an old cable system with a guide that only half worked, and the AC unit was running nonstop just to barely keep the room cool. The bathroom was no better, with a nasty bathtub and what looked like spot painting that left a strong paint smell lingering in the air. To make things worse, someone had plugged in a cheap, overpowering air freshener that mixed horribly with the paint smell. When I asked the front desk for fresh linens, the attendant did give me some--but told me I'd have to put them on myself because housekeeping was already gone for the day. Not exactly the kind of service you expect from a Wyndham property. On the bright side, he did bring me a brand-new ironing board to replace the broken one in my room. The hallways had stained carpets, the bathtub was grimy, and overall, the entire place felt neglected. I've stayed at plenty of La Quintas over the years, but this one was easily the worst. It desperately needs a deep clean, better maintenance, and a major renovation. Would not recommend staying here unless it's your absolute last resort

We was poppin roaches all weekend! Those roaches so strong when they climbed in the microwave they survived the heat. One even tried to sleep in the bed with my daughter but he got popped too! The tub was dirty and I had to make them change the sheets.

The room was OK but the bathtub is so dirty. There was a ring around the tub. There was no ice available at the entire hotel. The attendant was very slow in checking me in as he was playing a game on his phone. The location was very hidden and hard to figure out Where the entrance was.

Very very run down. Fake leather on chair was peeling, table had fingernail polish stains, carpet had stains, holes in the wall. But sheets were very clean.

This hotel was a nightmare! The hallways, stairwells and elevator were disgusting and smelled awful. We stayed in 2 separate rooms. The first one was FILTHY (walls/floor/baseboards/furniture/appliances) there was mold on the bathroom walls and the exhaust fan didn't work. Several drawers were held shut by pieces of paper because they were broken. The microwave smelled terrible. We ended up switching rooms because the A/C unit (which was also filthy) was broken, blowing out foul air, and was so noisy we couldn't sleep. The second room was cleaner, though it also had a lot of mold in the bathroom, some of the lights didn't work, and the drawers had the same issues with not staying shut. It would have been tolerable for a night, except we found large cockroaches in the cabinet where the fridge and microwave were. The majority of the staff, including the people that checked us in and out, were extremely rude and barely acknowledged us. The only exceptions were the man working the morning shift at the desk was polite and helpful when we asked to switch rooms, and the breakfast staff was nice as well. We ultimately ended up checking out early and I have requested a refund from the property.

Hotel needed a good cleaning. trash was left sitting outside by door. Dirty was in tbe corners behind the restroom doors. Only one ice machine and there was open trash right by it that smelled.

The room looked okay until further inspection. The was roaches, the TV in my room didn’t work so we had to switch rooms after the man was trying to tell me how to fit it instead of checking it for himself. Then after two nights I woke up with bites I thought maybe it was mosquito bites, they are not! This was the worse place I’ve stayed at I think ever. Plus there was a lot is suspicious things going on and people we did not feel safe.

I never leave reviews, however this place is awful! The remote control had batteries taped in with duck tape. The dresser drawers had a dirty piece of paper shoved between drawers to keep drawers in place. Huge black bug guts smeared on ceiling. Roaches . The whole 2nd floor smelled like marijuana. Do not recommend!

This hotel has been used and abused. There is roaches and damages all over the room. The room key stopped working daily and the light would flicker at night so made it very difficult.

Hotel staff was nice. Room was spacious. Hallway, room and bathroom smelled like the sewer. Room did not have a safe box and bathroom was not cleaned as requested. Other than these few things, location was visibly clean and quiet.

The staff seemed nice enough but the rooms were filthy. I cleaned up so much dirt everywhere. I had my two kids, 11 and 8, with me and we couldn't wait to get out of there. This place has the potential to be so much better if it was just clean. It needs to be clean. It was disgusting.

Very noisy hotel. Guests above me were loud from 10p-3a. I called the front desk to report the noise but nothing was done. I didn’t get any sleep and had to get up early to drive out of state. Very disappointed

The property was so dirty, stains on the bed hair in the towels a smell of mildew in the air and mold on some parts of the ceiling it was absolutely disgusting I checked out early and did not finish my whole stay.

Breakfast was average hotel breakfast. Would have given higher star rating however several other occupants were smoking marijuana and the smell lingered in the hallways and elevator.

I stayed here for a medical diagnosis in Houston. Originally booked a week long stay. I found out I would have to return the following week for a medical procedure. The hotel staff allowed me an early checkout and refund for the nights I had left. They were very understanding and helpful. That’s the reason for 4 stars. However, the front desk agent stayed in a closed office and would only come out when they saw you on camera. Housekeeping had to be asked to pickup the room and replace towels. Even without the sign on the door they wouldn’t come unless asked. In room 210. Missing tiles in the bathroom. Missing blackout shades in room. Someone was smoking in their room on our floor. The chair was stained. And I found a pair of women’s panties on the floor at the back edge of the TV stand. 4/5 stars for their help and understanding my situation. 2/5 considering the rest.

If i could give this place a 0 i would. The only thing near and clean besides the parking lot was the lobby. We checked in at 1 in the morning. Got to our room & was disgusted. There were holes in the walls, the furniture was broken and missing parts, the bathrrom fan was hanging from the wall and there were roaches. And the elevator down button didnt work. We went to complain and was put into another room that was just as bad. Roaches, a mini fridge that didnt work, the dresser was propped up with a towel. Again, had to walk down to the front desk to complain, was given a 3rd room and the beds looked like they hadnt been replaced in months. Managed to get around 3 hours of sleep. I called hotels.com to complain and to cancel my reservation. I wouldnt in no way recommend that dump! I even asked the management do the check the rooms, i was told yes. I asked do they treat for insects and i was told yes which was a flat out lie 2xs. I took pictures. The city of Houston needs to investigate them. A lady who overheard my conversation stepped up and said she had gotten bitten by something. Hotels.com you need to drop them from your platform!!!

I was traveling with my dog and this hotel was the closest one to the seminar we were attending that also allowed dogs. First impression as I walked through the door was, "Is this an Extended Stay hotel?" because it appeared that someone's entire belongings, pots, pans, and all were piled up outside right be the entrance and there was a FedEx person explaining to a guest at the front desk that they can't deliver to hotel rooms. The entire 3rd floor and my initial room I was given smelled like smoke. I double checked my hotels.com booking to make sure that the room I booked was nonsmoking (it was) and when I questioned the front desk, the guy was like, "We are non-smoking, but sometimes people smoke..." My TV didn't work in my room, so I requested and received a new room, which smelled less like smoke. (Because I had a dog, I had to remain on the 3rd floor.) However, my TV would not turn off and I was unable to adjust the volume with the remote even after replacing the batteries. I eventually located the manual power button and was able to turn off the the TV on my 2nd night. When I walked my dog, there was one patch of grass where large cluster of roaches literally were scattering. (We avoided that patch the rest of our stay.) The one plus is that the hotel is near some restaurants. However, if I ever find myself in this area again, I will just spend a little more money for a nicer hotel. I'm not picky and I'm usually a La Quinta girl, but this one was more like a Super 8!!!

Horrible donor stay they have roaches and I believe bed bugs I’ve been itching since I left there. Do not recommend this property worse hotel/motel I’ve EVERRRR stayed in hated the entire stay. Only good thing was the front desk dude was nice. But the housekeeping kept knocking way before checkout do NOTTT recommend them. I have to get an exterminator now never had bed bugs before and very itchy.

Stayed for one night and it was so so. When we checked in, the lobby smelled like weed. House keeping came multiple times in the morning asking if we were checking out. Each time we told them yes we would be out by checkout time but they kept coming back to knock, we were annoyed by the third time. Definitely older hotel and need updates. Look at the google reviews.

No answer at the front desk phone for a full 10 minutes. Pot smell was so strong in my guest's room that he went down to request a room change...only to find that the desk clerk was high--not at the desk, but in the room behind the front desk. The smoke and smell rolled out when he opened the door, and he appeared to have been taking a nap on duty. I put my guest in a new hotel after 2 days.

If you are looking for a upscale & updated “visual” this may not be the best choice for you. The location is very convenient!! There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There was a lot of kiddos so also a great place for families. Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the options available :) The bed was pretty comfy and I slept well. Now for the downsides…. A heavy smoke smell covered the 3rd floor. The room was fairly clean however after checking the bed a lot of dog or human hair was found at the base of the mattress. The room itself looked outdated and in need of some TLC. If you are looking for something newer looking this isn’t it. However the experience overall was good. Just wanted to give a honest review. I had many issues with this hotel. The bathroom in the room smelled really bad, and looked dirty and dated. I could not stand the smell and had to go to the public restroom downstairs. It was also dirty with overflowing toilet paper on the floor. Inside the room, the dresser was balancing forward and the drawers didn’t close properly. We had to use some toilet paper to close the drawers. (It is an accident waiting to happen.) The front desk people refused to give us an extra pillow. The pool was extremely cold and noisy. But nothing prepared for what we saw at night. There were cockroaches eating a piece of pizza that we bought from the Little Caesar nearby. (I informed the front desk the next morning.) We managed to kill one roach with a shoe; it is probably still inside one of the crooked drawers. Terrible place and terrible staff. I am happy that it was only for a night.

It was the worst thing to stay in that hotel, I do not recommend it, the smell of marijuana is terrible, their rooms were all horrible, they changed my room because of the terrible smell and the same as the room they gave me smelled the same and the worst thing was I wanted to leave and they told me I couldn't, it was a bad experience.
