Hotel was very clean compared to others. Staff at front desk was very friendly. Plenty of options for breakfast, enjoyed the fresh fruit and eating area was very clean. Location was very close to where we needed to be. Would definitely recommend and book again! It would have been very helpful to have known at time of booking about the availability of the medical discount.

It was located within walking distance of a few good places to eat. We enjoyed some BBQ… Overall, enjoyed our quick stay.

The location is excellent for visiting Hermann Park, the Medical Center, and Rice University. The property, room, and pool were very clean. We appreciated the fact the suite had Direct TV and did not require streaming service subscriptions. There were several restaurants within walking distance, some chain and some not. Breakfast was plentiful except they were out of cranberry juice both days. The staff was accommodating, but the front desk was out of Tylenol and had no extra blanket for our son who was running a fever. There was not dishwashing soap or a dishwasher pod in our kitchen, but we managed. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again, but five stars means all of the aforementioned details would have been attended to without inquiry.

The stay with Staybridge was great. The only thing that was of concern was the minimum 7 day stay required to have your room cleaned and serviced. Other than that everything was on point!

We went for a medical visit for my parents and stayed here. The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and quiet rooms. They were even great at accommodating for service animals and you could not tell any animals had ever been there.

Unfortunately we had food in the refrigerator which we tossed out since we didn't want to take any chances that the food may have spoiled. We had three (3) pages to print and were told that both printers in the lobby were functional. The next morning the person at the desk offered to print it at the back office since she indicated that the printers were being upgraded but didn't know when it will be completed.

The rooms weren’t ready at 3 ,we had to wait around for a room to be ready,we were going to the Houston Livestock Show and it took time away from that waiting for a room to be available,the staff were trying to do the best they could but the rooms still should have been ready by 3 atleast,we got there at 2:30 and the this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at that we weren’t able to check in early

The hotel was in a great location. Had a happy hour with food and drinks on certain days and then a good breakfast too. Jordan on staff was amazing! So sweet. Rooms were big! And walkable to NRG stadium.

The location is right across the street from NRG Stadium so rather than have to pay for parking and take a shuttle, we just walked over for the concert. The breakfast was great, not like your typical hotel breakfast. They also served a complimentary meal at 5:30 p.m, which I've never seen before. The rooms and whole facility is immaculate, and staff is very friendly and professional.

Location The bed in my room has a cover on the box springs that was clearly visible even when the bed was made. The cover had stains all over it and was absolutely disgusting.

We enjoyed our visit although the air conditioning didn’t cool our room very well. There was a sign posted that 72 was the lowest temperature you could set your thermostat, but our room never cooled off.

Fresh, clean room. One of the two elevators was out of order. The free shuttle to MD Anderson was on a limited schedule that did not benefit us. The breakfast was great. Waffles in the shape of Texas. I noticed a security guard walking around the parking lot. Overall, very nice hotel.

The room was very nice. We will stay there again. The thing that was most upsetting was that shuttles air conditioners was not working so the shuttle was unavailable. We were depending on that to get us back and forth to the hospital. Hopefully it will be fixed when we return in month. We were there for 10 days.

Mr Jordan provided the fastest, easiest checkin ever. All the staff were kind and helpful. The Continental breakfast was excellent, great food great choices. The room and hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend staying here .

We stayed for two nights here to see a concert at nearby NRG stadium. The room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent with their service. The stadium is approximately a 20 minute walk (about a mile) which was great because we didn’t have to deal with all the vehicle traffic. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Houston.

Nice stay, great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed, walkable to NRG stadium, BUT...$10 a day for parking. They charge you when you check in. It's just to park your own car in their small parking lot!! Not a fan of that at all!!!

I got a room because I bought tickets to an event at NRG and wanted to walk to the venue. I didn’t want to deal with traffic and parking. I was alone, but was among many others during my walk to NRG. I never felt unsafe. I actually made some friends during the walk and saw them again at the hotel breakfast buffet. It was a great stay. The front desk also made me feel great about staying there alone offering their services if I needed anything. Definitely recommend this hotel to be close to everything. I didn’t get in the pool, but wanted to. It looked clean and nice.

Our original arrival at the suites was a lot better than checkin, and the same young man who saw us upon arrival as there on our departure which was so nice, we had a sofa bed but no blankets for it, but we managed

Great service. We booked for a 1 bedroom suite but they were booked up when we arrived. Our first time staying with them and they upgraded us to 2 bed 2 bath suite. We absolutely loved our stay

Facilities were very clean and the staff was professional. Paid a little more than I would like. But also paid for the convenience during Rodeo Houston and the accessibility to walk to and from NRG Stadium. Overall was worth the price.

Came to the Staybridge for Animeverse and me and my god child enjoyed our stay. We got ourselves a small kitchen area and it was pretty comfy we had plently of room to rest when we were in our room, we were given glasses and plates to use for dinner and our rooms were great we had our own privacy and clean beds to rest on when we turned in for the night and we were within walking distance of the NRG stadium

This place is a crack addict haven. The management doesn't even care. A guest ahead of me was telling them that another guest was going nuts and was breaking windows. Police were never called. The room had no heat, light fixtures were broken king bed with only a very thin blanket no comforter. Two very small pillows smaller than a standard size. Not enough towels. Blood stains on the bathroom floor. Sink had lots of stains. Door looked like it has been broken into before. Deadbolt didn't work.

I’m generously giving this property 3 stars based on the only 3 positive things I have to say: 1) The location to NRG is easily walkable and we felt safe doing so 2) Staff was overall nice 3) overall, hotel is clean. Now, the negative: 1) this is THE nosiest hotel I have EVER stayed in! You can hear every car driving on the freeway, you can hear people talking outside and in rooms around you, you can hear people walking around the floor above you, during the middle of the night, the water pipes sounded like a banging bounce was coming from them, the refrigerator was running noisily all night 2) the A/C didn’t work very well at all. The room was really hot all night. Between the noise and being hot, it was impossible to sleep 3) The free breakfast leaves little to be desired. Its served on styrofoam plates and bowls and includes unwrapped sandwich cheese slices. Breakfast staff was nice, though. The noise is the deal breaker for me. Enough I won’t stay here again. It’s that bad. If you stay here, bring a fan or noise machine. Maybe it’ll help.

Overall just fine. Love the kitchenette. My only gripe would be the noise level from the street. Being on that side of the hotel would benefit from a window upgrade, perhaps.

We rented a two bedroom two bathroom room. The bathroom design was weird. The sliding door provided practically no privacy. Anyone walking around can see the person inside doing his/her business. The standing shower has curtains the same level surface does not provide any water spillage. It's practically impossible to take shower and make the whole bathroom area completely wet and awful. Did not like the stay.

At the time of checking I have been told that the suite is handicapped accessible and on the first floor. Expedia should have told me that. Living room was very small. The room with 2 queen beds the bathroom was very inconvenient. Floor got flooded when we took showers. Bath mat didn’t work.

Close to NRG arena, ample parking, excellent front desk clerk and cleanliness of room. A little noise came in but it was nothing tot ale away for my he positives.

Clean, convenient distance to stadium and ease of parking

They didn't give us the room on time and they didn't give us any information. They gave it to us at 6 pm on August 10th. We had to go to a concert and we couldn't get there on time. They told us they were going to give us a discount, and in the end they said no.

The suite was clean and the stay was excellent. There was plenty of space. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was an extra that we really liked.

Awesome stay, will return.

We went for a soccer game and enjoyed the proximity to NRG Stadium.

Front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. I was in town due to medical reasons and was surprised to find out that the hotel gave discounts for that. The room was cleaning and I was surprised to find out it had a small kitchenette in it.

Hurricane Beryl was a problem. Staff did an excellent job in a bad situation.

The lobby area on the floors can have some fragrances/ventilation as that was the only thing we did not like. Overall a great stay.

Half of the hotel is facing a busy road. We tried to move, but the staff was not accommodating. The hotel is very noisy, and we didn't feel safe. There were two car break-ins during our stay.

The complementry beer was served in a disposable tea cup once to me.

It was great. The place was clean & the food was wonderful. I loved the location & the front desk staff was wonders.

We came for a soccer game at the NRG stadium and the hotel is 10 minutes walking distance. Very convenient. Also there is a target 9 minutes walking and an excellent BBQ restaurant in the area, Papas.

Convenient location. Quiet clean room. Spacious for the family

We were expecting a queen bed and a double pull out sofa, but the pull out sofa was a twin size at most. Fortunately, our children are still small so we were able to make it work, but there were no extra bed linens at all. Even though we were a group of four we were only provided two sets of towels. The staff was incredibly accommodating and did all they could to help. As a couple it would be great, but it does not work for a family of four. We’ll be finding another place to stay next year.

Perfect location to walk to NRG for events

It was a good stay. It is near NRG and lots of food places.

The elevator buttons don’t light up. The fourth floor shakes for minutes at a time. Staff let themselves in without knocking. We had a herd of elephants above us Saturday night,. Everything else was fine.

We had a king suite and we woke up a few hours after falling asleep and smelly pee. Come to find out the top of the mattress was cover in urine and it soaked through the sheets and all over our clothes. Front desk was as not helpful gave us sheets for the vouch at 4am and said nobody here can help. In the morning nobody was helpful we had to contact corporate.

The environment was wonderful. Amazing staff, there to help and answer questions. Breakfast was fantastic with kind staff as well. We will be back!!
