Location, walk in shower. Carpet, needs to be more handles in shower. Why is the bar always closed? We were unable to adjust vents on AC. The room was kind of humid. Pricey!!

The hotel was nice- the suite was an excellent size I did like the smell, it was a damp dirty smell. I believe because the bathroom fan didn't work. Also the sprinkler over one of the beds had no cover and I believe blood or something red was on it. I took pictures, plus a drop of blood was on the bed right under the sprinkler. I noticed after I came back after leaving and letting the front desk know that I couldn't get into the safe.

I didn’t particularly care for the breakfast but that had nothing to do with my overall experience. The location was great for my travel needs. The staff was phenomenal and friendly. The check in and check out was seamless. The facilities were ALWAYS clean. My room was exceptional. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. Great place.

My stay was excellent! The air conditioning was superb and the room was very clean, spacious and updated with all the necessities needed such as fridge, microwave, computer desk, couch and many more! The environment was quiet and I felt very safe. They have great food choices all around the hotel for convenience, Pappasittos is great in that area! They serve breakfast which is a bonus! I was able to relax and enjoy my stay and will definitely be back!

I love this place, i have stayed at this particular one at least 4 times. There was some renovation going on but i still had a nice time here. Easy to get to and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I plan on staying here again next year, and i do recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself and the people that worked there are excellent. However, the wall is either too thin that we could hear conversations from across the hall. We had to run the fan on high to drown out the noise of the other guest. The guest were also smoking pot and it reeked

Enjoyed our stay. Great for the price. Room , bed and bathroom clean . Staff was friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed before and we were happy then to. Rooms are being renovated so can’t wait to see what they are doing.

Housekeeping run lies and they charge you for stuff you’re not aware of and don’t inform you!!! Don’t stay here and I never give bad reviews but this is ridiculous!’

So my truck got stolen in front of the hotel security to be exact my truck was in the front of the hotel and the security man was 10ft from truck he saw everything while my truck getting stolen and he didn’t do nothing to stop the robbery and the front desk was very rude about it and they didn’t even want to talk about it they made look very suspicious for their customers not comeback

My family and I picked this hotel for our vacation in Texas. When I first arrived in my room I instantly smelled mold. Despite my initial thought of running and requesting a new room I was so tired I decided to ignore it and get some rest. After smelling mold all night i finally went to sleep. when i woke up the next morning i felt somewhat sick. I was congested coughing and felt extremely nauseous. The only relief I got was when i exited the room and went outside for fresh air. Even the air conditioning smelled moldy it was a horrible experience and i'm likely leaving with an upper respiratory infection.

I was charged through Expedia and when I arrived I was told there were no rooms. Expedia referred me to the hotel so I sent an email to your hotel through Expedia explaining the situation and never heard back. To this day I’ve received no response and still haven’t been refunded. I’m currently disputing with my credit card company. Could someone please assist so I can be refunded?

If you want a rude reception desk attendant, smelly musty rooms, and freeway noise all night, then this is the place for you. I booked it because it was rated a 9/10. I'm shocked and will not trust that rating system again. This place didnt feel safe. So thankful to see our car still in the parking lot the next day.

Right on Hyw 45, easy breezy in and out. The king bed was remarkably comfy and they use FULL SIZED pillows, not those half things. Breakfast was good, just not a lot of choices.

When we got the hotel, we were notified that they could not make room keys so we had to have a staff member open our door every time we need to get back in. They'd mention at check-in we could cancel but we were already there and no advanced communication of the issue was given. Room was okay as well as breakfast.
