Slightly run down property but the rooms are very clean and functional. There is a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Good AC and wifi. Right next to Memorial Park. Walking distance to a few different food and coffee outlets. Nothing fancy but it had all I needed.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were always eager to help and answer any concerns or questions I had quickly and kindly. I also liked the affordable rates compared to the area. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to check in and out. They had plenty of table space to eat. A second pillow would have been nice. I had my mother with me so we had to share and get one pillow each. The pillows are very soft so another one would have helped with my posture. Other than that, there isn't anything else I didn't like.

Small hotel located near Memorial Park, right off IH 10. Staff was very friendly and informative. Room was clean.

Unfortunately, an extremely inconsiderate individual felt the need to play loud music until 1am. I also think the pillows were made from cement.

The bed was bad. Our backs hurt.

Staff was extremely rude. Told me and my partner to not smoke in the rooms at least 5 times during the check in process. Staff told me I was lucky to have been checking in the time I had arrived there at the property because he was going to give my room away. Staff watched my door from the check in window for several minutes as we were unloading our luggage from our vehicle Staff had a room directly next to ours and kept his door Ajar and was peeping through said door every time I would open my door. It was so uncomfortable staying there. We spent most of the night away from the property.

Maybe worth half the price at most. It was musty and felt unsafe, room door barely closed, and there were roaches. Returned key and left within 30mins. Stayed at Ramada by IAH instead for a lower price and with 4x the quality.

The smell in that room was terrible.

I didnt liked that the front clerk did not respect that I had requested a downstairs room fue ti health issue.

Very good for the price, clean, a/c, tv, fridge, etc, everything in working condition. Everything is a bit aged, but for the price, it's hard to find anything better. Location is great - there are many restaurants around within walking distance, and a huge park for walking. It is right off the highway ramp, so driving or taking Uber anywhere in the city is super convenient, also a downtown bus stop right in front. Some furniture really needs maintenance. The chair was literally on its last legs. Crazy music and noise from neighbors late at night - though it can be fixed with earplugs, don't forget those.

I didn't like the bad. It's too soft. I sank in to much and was not supported. Hurt my back. The paint on the room 108 door is peeling off in big chunks.

The staff was very kind and gave us extra towels and coffee. The room had all the basic necessities and was very clean. The location was great, next to Memorial Park and a short drive from the center.

Small property, old, needs updating but very clean, no bugs, lots of restaurants nearby and stores nearby. Parking is small but we parked reverse to make exiting easy.

As long as people are half-way decent and kind, this goes a long long way with me. The three people I interacted with were likely from the same family. They were apologetic when things did not work, willing to provide extras where they could with cheerfulness (an extra pillow, etc). The room was clean. The AC worked. If I needed something clarified, they clarified it. I will happily use this hotel in the future.

I had to get out of the house and this hotel was near the Ten, inexpensive and discreet. There was amazingly little street noise even though the Scottish Inn is basically on the Freeway.

Front desk was short/rude. Property looked run down on arrival so asked to see room first. Refused and was very rude. I went into the room and it smelled of mold. Heavy. I told him I would not stay there and he switched me to another room. This one was much better but the overall grounds were low quality. There were people loitering in the parking lot all night. No one asked them to leave etc. overall the rooms are overpriced. Prices to compete with holiday inn Express but competed more with oyo quality.

Scottish Inns is affordable and was perfect for our small party! There are fridges and microwaves in the room and was very clean. Perfect for business trips.

Great service for the price. The staff was immediately available, The room was very clean and smelled clean too. It was very conveniently located based on my plans, including a gas station right across the street and the highway less than a block away.

Convenient location for me as a houstonian (booked during winter storm and had no power). Maybe not the best if you consider hotels as part of your vacation experience but it is cheap, clean and central.

The place was well located, with everything around. It was clean and safe. No complaints

It was a nice place with simple amenities. The room was clean but some of the light bulbs in the lamps did not work. I didn't bother calling. Pretty quiet and other residents kept to themselves. A bit sketchy looking but not too bad.

Overall, we thought the room was spacious, even though the bed was hard. Andwhen we first checked in, we never paid any attention to the bathroom floor because we NEVER went in there, but when we got back, there was feces on the floor in the bathroom. We cleaned it up, but vowed that we would never stay there again.

No complaints other than the slightly lumpy mattress and lukewarm water.

My room was very clean, refrigerator, TV, WiFi (there was a new microwave in the room). The staff were friendly and helpful (I couldn’t get UBER on my phone, a young, tech-savvy staff member tried to help). I’d most definitely stay there again.

Adequate room, good price. Good location and property is quiet. No one hanging around outside. This is my second stay here and will most likely stay again.

The Female front desk clerk was not helpful. She talked over you when you called to ask a question. It was chilly. The bedspread was removed due to it having been torn and full of burn marks. I questioned about having a blanket she said she would bring me one and in the same breath said the hotel did not have blankets for the beds nor bath Matt’s to step out on when you finished your shower.
