The internet was fast.

Cleaning personnel. Need to be careful and asked that staff personnel if a room staying more then a day or asked the guess people if they need room service and not be taking stuff from the room.

Everything was great. No complaints at all.

Front desk was exceptional. Not being from the area next to know how to get around and find something to eat late and get back without getting lost. Rooms were clean and having the option to bring food to cook was convenient for the stay close by the hospital.

The room was cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They had no breakfast and no coffee in the lobby it was empty. Shampoo was like water. But overall for the price it was clean

Nice place to stay, my room was cleaned every day, car wash and gas station is right next to it.

Do not go to this place. They watch you around check out time and don’t give you time to even make it out of your room. They must be family owned, I was with my family and kids and they rushed us out of our room before checkout and threatened to call the police and I was with my 4,3 and 1 year old. They are very inconsiderate and rude. The supposed kitchen they have was falling apart. They also have very thin sheets and use the floor towels in bathroom as regular towels. Only thing nice was the man who checked me in and the free wifi. No breakfast served when advertised on the hotels site they do! Never again will stay here.

Check in process was quick and easy. Nice guy at the front desk. I request 2nd floor and he granted it. Sweet! I get to my room and the bed has a cigarette burn in it and there was long hair behind the toilet and in the shower. It was clearly not cleaned very well but I was exhausted

Everything was good, but the sheets are dirty

Was on the lower floor far corner weak internet signal room was not as clean as others that I've stayed in here. Not a room I would prefer to be back into.

So i turned ot over to ADA . They need to be educated on the rules . I will never go back there.

Staff seemed friendly enough and respectful of privacy. Was clean and pretty quiet, the door of our room was missing weather stripping but in a week we only had one junebug crawl under the door. Despite being right next to the highway we only really heard noise if people were driving like hellians or had loud exhaust. Overall pretty happy with the room and service!

Rooms are very nice and clean. Nice area.

I stayed here because it was close to my family. Place is clean however the comforter had cigarette burns. I don't know why they have not replaced it. Other than that everything else was good.

Was a great location and very nice room. Got a great deal. Will stay here again.

The bed was comfortable, and the a/c worked well.

I booked my Trip well over 2 months prior to the date and when I showed app to the location and ask for a ground floor room as I have a lot of camera equipment I needed to carry they told me that they were all booked up. Even after all guests showed up a parking lot was more than half empty and I hate to think that everybody was using all the ground floors even though there were only about 5 more cars in the parking lot including mine. After walking into my room I saw that it was very nice I had purchased some groceries that I was at taking with me to the air show the next day as I went to put him in the refrigerator I noticed that we're still containers in the refrigerator that were empty so basically it was trash in the refrigerator Which I promptly Took pictures of and also found a broken piece of glass

Very convenient to get to yet shielded from highway noise so is nice and quiet.

The only thing that didn't work was there was no TV. It kept saying that the Dish service was not working. I used my phone to get the local news and weather

Arrived there and was charged more because I forgot to post my two minor kids. Was charged basically another night for them to be in the room. I was visiting my sister and I couldn’t have her there with me due to a no visitor rule. If I brought my sister to visit me, our mother and my kids, we would get thrown out without a refund of anything. The beds were not queen size as listed online. They were full size beds. Staff was unfriendly and not very welcoming. Will not be returning to here ever again nor recommend anyone to this place

No breakfast and staff were rude

They need to make their sink water stronger. There was barely any water in the sink. It made it harder for me to brush my teeth. They need stronger Wi-Fi. Upgrade the rooms a little.

This has a great location to get to the highway. No frills. I was able to walk nextdoor to gas station for anything i needed. Wasn't the cleanest room since there was food on the counter and on the rug but the bathrooms were clean. Overall not bad for the price.

The only reason I stayed here is they were supposed to have breakfast

The windows are not sound proof, so we could hear all the traffic passing by. The fridge in room 213 was making an awful noise, so we unplugged it so we could sleep.

This place is amazing! Front desk staff is extremely nice. The beds are amazing, couldn’t ask for a better place.

We stayed one might. We had a event to go to close by. Everything was super clean. Not anything for breakfast but a gallon of milk and some cereal. No drinks on hand. There is a store and a Wendy’s in walking distance. Staff was available if you needed anything. Would stay again.

There was NO running water, and when i went downstairs to let them know he was looking at me like he had no idea what i was talking about. Didn’t offer to put me in a different room, didn’t have someone come check it out. Nothing. Thank god i only had to stay there for one night, barely enough water for me to brush my teeth.

This was a newer built motel so I wanted to try it. It was OK. I liked the direct entry into the room vs not down an un-air conditioned stinky hallway like some other places. I did not get any end table lamps OR 2nd sheet liner on my window so not only did the lighting suck inside but I could not open my window for natural lighting or everyone would see inside. FYI - I could not figure out how to turn on the TV for the life of me. Regular settings on the remote didn't work at all, so I could never use it.

The one thing that I was a bit upset about was that when you book a room online it doesn't give you the option of requesting a bottom floor room. I have trouble with stairs....luckily this facility had an elevator. But I still prefer bottom floor rooms if they are available!

This could be a nice little motel under better management, the staff was extremely rude, my only issue with the room was it reeked incredibly of weed

The first room I received smelled like urine. They quickly changed my room without any hesitation. When I first entered the second room. In the bathroom next to the toilet the wall had splatters of f…. (I will let you guess the rest). The lighting was not good at all it was the fluorescent lighting. The room felt very dark. There were no lights by the bed. To give it that comfort feel like most hotels and motels. If you’re looking for somewhere to sleep only and have no options then great. Also, the price increased $30 when I arrived although I had a reservation. The location did not feel safe but it appeared they had plenty of cameras. I would not recommend this motel.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. This was my 3rd stay. I was able to get the same room each time!

Well the actual stay wasn’t too bad. The room only had these sterile bright lights and not a single lamp? Maybe it was so all the dope dealers could count their cash correctly? Problem started with my arrival. We had just gotten off a 3 hour road trip from Austin, TX. My wife had to use the bathroom. She went to a door that appeared to be a restroom but turns out it was a closet. The woman admonished my wife asking “what! Are you doing?” Instead of asking what she could help us with she said there was no restrooms in the lobby. In a rude tone. Then since we arrived a bit early i asked if “maybe” we could check in early? She said “yeah for a fee”. Holy cow the rudeness as we were maybe 45 minutes early. Then she warned me not to have anyone else even near the room except the registered guests! The parking lot was empty except for to busted up Mercedes benz’s. The place was new so it wasn’t too trashed yet. I can almost guarantee this will be a cracked out hotel in about 6 months. The rudeness from the beginning was the biggest lack of customer care i have EVER, experienced. Stay at a motel 6 somewhere anywhere besides this place. I will NEVER, step foot on one of these properties again. Oh and the A/c was all kinds of messed up! Horrible service from the front desk just ruined it.

The staff on site were friendly and attentive and the room was clean. They weren't busy this past weekend and I they let me choose my room!

My eye brown pencil and small miscellaneous Items were stolen from my room and my key card stopped working when I had a 2 night stay I had to have my card reactivated several times when staying. I will not be returning to stay
