They helped me when I was low

I felt safe, nothing happened to my car, the staff may not have been chipper but no attitudes and they always helped. The AC in my room was on point can’t lie, one of the best parts of the room. WiFi was decent once I got on the main WiFi. The only issue honestly was the roaches. I bought my own products to kill them off and it took a while but they were a constant problem. Then the price went up and I felt it wasn’t worth it.

No pots, pan or silverware and plates. No extra blankets, roaches and the night staff is useless.

Nice room TV was good size have a full size refrigerator, stovetop and daily room service.the only thing some of them try to open your door before you can, like what you trying to see lol. But it's a nice cheap place to stay.

I guess there was a part of me when I bought the reservation for studio 6 that actually thought it would "nicer" then I expected. All of that hope was blown out the water when the first thing I see is a roach crawling around on my bed. Some fat Hispanic lady, rude as hell in the office with no care for how the patrons felt, accompanied by a nicer Hispanic dude with at least a nice tone. We stayed one night, for we just finished driving 5 hrs to get there, then left once my fiancee got out of work the next day to finish our stay in the Houston elsewhere. Thing was, since we went to check out an hr after the required check out, they decided to go ahead and charge me the whole day even when I explained all the roaches that greeted us and that we were leaving. Idk if there's any kind of refund I can dispute with these guys, so I'm just leaving this review through hotels with hopes that some poor fool, as I was, avoids the thought of it being relatively liveable.

The young man at the front desk was very nice an refunded my money. I didn't stay there. I was given a room that smelled like cigarettes. I was moved to another room and there was a roach in the refrigerator.

The kitchen sink is only 6 feet away, so use it instead. Sunday morning someone was slamming the door every few minutes starting at 5 AM until almost 7 AM. It sounded like I was next to a gun range.

gross motel, found bugs right away and the room smelled bad. didnt even feel comfortable sleeping under the blankets, slept on top of a “made” bed instead.

It was very rememberable experience. The light staff and great room service. Shops and restaurants all over east to west north to south within a half mile radius.

Clerk was friendly, provided the toaster and extra pillows we asked for. Room was clean and towels were of decent quality. Good value.

It is a wonderful property to stay at long term. I have had interactions with 3 of the motel staff and the 2 gentlemen are great, one of them I refer to as "Happy" because he is always smiling and so full of energy and reminds me of "Happy" from the 7 dwarfs. Although the woman I met was kind of squirrelly, and seemed like she was caught in the middle of something when I entered the office. I didn't get the room I originally registered for, a smoking room, but that is ok, since I'm allergic to cigarette smoke....

No coffee maker in room. Bathroom door wouldn't close without picking up on it.

Our room had a few issues, the drawers. The doors fell off hard to open and shut. The tub leaks onto the floor. The vents don’t work in the bathroom TV. Logged you out every day could use an update.

Staff was great. Room was good but smelt musty. Laundry machines were a 50/50 for what was working and what wasn't.

Its cheap you know what it is. Sheets and towels looked clean but the room is old, smells like weed and dog pretty strong. If you're fancy or a girl by yourself maybe spend a little more on something else. Came in clutch at a rough time tho.

One part worked ( has a big crack) and the other part has a broken knob. Manager said ' Deal with it'. Never moved us as we were there 2 weeks. It was mostly tepid to cold. I will be going on their website and Google and everywhere I Will post all videos and pictures!! Beware!!!! Don't go here!!!

The room itself was ok. The advertised picture when I booked the room showed a shower tub combo and we got just a shower though. The ac however smelled like urine. Maybe they need to put a new filter in it. We wound up turning it off as it was pretty chilly that night.

We liked price of rm but noticed when we'd pay evening be4 room $55+ tax when we'd pay in morning rm went up $30 that's crazy right same room weird. Well we pd $50 deposit when checked in they didn't have rm Id reserved 1 bed they only had 2 beds they put us in there til the company that has paid for the rm they put us in their crew was come back 4wk 4 wk had2 move us 2another rm I've got broken ankle & disabilities 2where had 2 be on bottom fr well they put us in 2 floor so once I got upstairs I was confined to there as no elevators now my room was always paid on time really ahead of time but because we had some people in and out one day (because out son had just passed away that morning) the manager proceeds to tell us at 11pm that we could not renew our room the following day well when a family member passes away people do come to check on me being his mom & all

I took a different room only for that room to have a very STRONG smell of mold and they had dead roaches all over the floor! Too much traffic happening next door did not feel safe one bit. Was not clean at all had to scoot across on towels and even then felt dirty.

The stay would’ve been a better experience except for a few things; cockroaches, not sure if the city pays them to take in the homeless but it appears this hotel does, when checking in front desk could’ve been more pleasant and with a $100 security deposit you would think you would receive the cooking utensils as offered.

This hotel is not nice, whatsoever. Everything is damaged in one way or another, non-smoking rooms smell like smoke, other non-smoking rooms smell like mold and farts. This is a “you get what you pay for” type hotel. Would not stay again.

Roaches and so much smoke in a none smoking it gave me a migraine and I had to checkout and find a new hotel. As I was checking out early another guy in line started a conversation with me, turned out he was checking out early for the same reason so it wasn't just me or my room.

The room did not meet my expectations as in it was smelling so badly. The heater wouldn’t work properly to supply enough heat or cold.

it was a fine stay overall , the wifi didnt work though even tho i paid for a week and told them multiple times it wasnt working , i work from home . so it was really inconvient. overall though its a peaceful stay.

Great layout. Plenty of parking. Lots of restaraunts in the area. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, which I didn't enjoy. Traffic was quite noisy in the area, but the low noise AC created the perfect background hum to block some of that out. Would stay again.

Overall a good stay, the air conditioning unit had a horrible smell, the sheets had some stains and there were a few bugs. But a fine place to rest your head.

I took plenty of pictures for proof. Also my car was scratched down the side where the property workers were trimming a tree. Staff only w wanted to basically call me a liar and argue with me. I have stated that location numerous numerous times never again!!!

Love the serenity of where the property was located. The property needs a lot of renovation and they do need to find something to do about room odors.

Like the fridge and stove, although didn’t need stove. Good bed and pillows, good AC, good shower. Lots of outside lighting; very safe.

I like the small apartment feel. Bed is kind of small but small kitchen makes up for that. Hotel is in a very quiet area. I will surely make studio 6 a regular for me.

I booked to stay for one night, when I checked in, they said they couldn't check in because they had lost power for a week, they should have notified me 72 hours in advance so I could know how to book another hotel. But they didn't do that, and we had to struggle to find a hotel that night to sleep. I discovered that because we couldn't check in, we had to cancel. They charged us a cancellation fee while they was the one who didn't give the room.

The weather was bad the day i checked in the hurricane hit the next day and i was without lights the whole time i checked out 2 days early and im still trying to get my refund.

Broken toilet seat. Bathroom door wouldnt close so we had to brace it shut with a trash can. Ancient built-in microwave with bubbling paint inside that could flake off into any food being warmed up. TV didnt work. Rooms smelled damp and musty. AC's didnt drain properly so there were puddles of water right outside the door that were easily tracked inside. Honestly a pretty miserable place to spend a couple of days. I would not recommend this place unless you're down to last few bucks and just need a place to rest for night.

The area the hotel is in was nice and quiet. The hotel has potential. Our room was small but quaint. The bathroom had some issues. There was no water running for the toilet. We had to fill the trash can with water and pour it in the tank in order to flush the toilet. The bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. Other then that it was ok.

The staff was very nice the rooms a little older.

I didn’t like the fact it was roaches throughout the whole room they did offer to change my room but mentioned that it may also be roaches in another room so the time I was leaving at 6:30am and returning at 10pm I just wanted to lay down and I only was there for 3 nights but overall I wouldn’t stay there again

they relocated me to a BRAND NEW ROOM everything is great ! landing a brand new room for weekly stay is Houston is like needle in hay

Stayed 5 days to recoup from an allergy.

They charge a $2 credit card fee and also a $25 deposit. Very unlike most motel 6 in general and especially the $2 credit card fee.

Had no problems at all will differently be back

Staff was excellent! Non-smoking room had strong smoke odor.

Martin was prompt and effective in getting another occupant making noise with a boom box.

Perfect for an extended stay. No frills. Exactly what we needed when traveling with dogs.
