The hotel was very pretty and clean walking in. Checking the room the bed was dirty sheets had stains , hair and , food. Has to strip the bed and ask for new sheets. The tv didn’t work nor did the blow dry work. The room had an ordor. The lady at the front desk said she would switch our room but that never happen! The breakfast was so plain and empty I spent over $200 to be here .. I will never book with the Quality Inn again!! Worst experience everrrr!

The room was clean and the staff was great about us checking in a bit early. However, the breakfast was inedible. Additionally, when we went to leave the staff just opened our room door for housekeeping with our items still in the room, 3 hours before check out, and left the door open for anyone to just go in a take out stuff. Overall, the place served its purpose but them just opening our room for our stuff to be stolen was ridiculous.

I loved everything. The place was very clean and smelled good, and the customer service was wonderful. In fact, I made a mistake regarding my reservation, and the receptionist had the courtesy to help me out, 100% recommended. Customer service and breakfast.

The bathroom tub was stained with a yellow tinge so were the towels. And there was a roach in the bathroom tub.

Breakfast menu was horrible. Waffle mix was rubberly and obviously old. Milk had chunks in it (verified by pouring into coffee). Juice machine was out of order and replaced with Sunny D? No eggs or any other hot item. This is subpar

I will never book at this place again. There was a smell of cigarette smoke, the sheets were dirty, and the curtains were torn.

Clean. Extremely nice. Price was a great value. Breakfast was amazing. Hot eggs, sausage, Texas shaped waffle maker. Easy check in and check out.

Bed was ok Hotel staff were rude. Room was dirty… especially the bathroom! Received attitude while checking in. Room smelled like it was musky. Water pressure was very weak.

Everything was great. Location, staff & rooms. Only one negative was the curtains had some dirty areas & tears. But I used chip clip & all was well. I would definitely stay there again!

I had to pay $50 cash deposit. That was refundable. The room was not clean. It was dirty. Had a bad mop smell and the floor was so sticky. Our shoes stuck to the bottom.

My stay was fine, nothing special but nothing too bad. My only complaint is that there was a mildew a stale odor in the room. There are some updates or repairs that should be addressed, the sink in the bathroom was loose and wobbly. Also some cracks in the walls in the bathroom where the shower curtain holder is attached to the wall. Overall the room was clean and the place was quiet besides the odor it was a good stay.

Property was under renovation and the WiFi was nothing. When you walked in it smelled and the room smelled bad.our tv didn’t work , there breakfast was only cereal and waffles and the waffles came out uncooked and the pool is nothing like the picture doesn’t have a hot tub or the waterfall as in the pictures

The hotel was very clean but it was listed as having a hot tub which was the whole reason we chose it. It does NOT have a hot tub.

Nothing Elevator barely works, staff was very very rude and disrespectful and one staff offered to do drugs with me in front of my children, falsely advertised hot tub because there wasn't one, pool nasty and not suitable to swim in, I was very disappointed. Asked for my money back to leave and couldn't even get the manager to speak with me.

Amazingly quiet despite being so close to the freeway. Recently refurbished and updated room with composite floors - no carpet. Easy in and out access from 290 and Jones Rd. Staff seemed to be nearly nonexistent. Found a roach on the bathroom vanity one morning.

Polite employees, clean towels, comfortable bed. suite amenities. Bed spread stained, room srank...musty, stale, carpet stained. bathroom sink k cracked. No pool, no restaurant, old, needs total remake.

Better than an average motel. Clean inside. Room was spacious. Window AC unit very loud. Not too much parking. Water at breakfast bar doesn’t taste very good, needs to change filter. Had to pay $50 deposit on card and then wait approx 7 days for reimbursement. You can avoid this if you have cash.

I was charged 3 times for 1 room for 1 night. I got charged by booking.com, then was told that the reservation i had just made 2hrs before I arrived was marked as a no show. I made the reservation at 12:30am and requested to check in at 3am and I would still be checking out at 11am (normal check out time). So then they said I would have to pay for a room and they would sort it out in the morning. The desk clerk charged me for another room but then said it didn't go through and he had to run it again which charged my card for the 3rd time. $85 each time for a total of $255. The next morning I was told that the only charge I would have would be the original charge through booking.com but nothing has been refunded after 3 days. I got ripped off

I had an assisted room and the shower had a handheld spray but no fixed showerhead, so it was very awkward to use. The hose was very short. The continental breakfast was very simple with just the basics, no fruit and only regular bread to toast.

The location was perfect and the setup of the room. It constantly smelled of Marijuana. My last 2 days there I had to deal with a leak from the floor above that leaked onto the bed that I shared with my daughter. The first night of the leak I didn't realize that's what it was I thought I had a leak in my water bottle and when I asked for sheets and a blanket I got the 3rd degree. Once I realized there was a leak I told someone and he offered to change my room but I told him that was too much of a hassle since we were checking out the following morning. Later he called and offered a second room for no charge so my daughter and I could sleep. Unfortunately, that room had not been properly cleaned and there was a used condom on the nightstand next to the bed. I ended up just staying in the original room and moving the bed away from the leak. I kept getting calls at 4:30am and when asked about it I was told that someone kept calling for that room at that time. So I explained not to put it through because it wasn't for me because no one knew where I was and wouldn't need to call me directly to the room. Those calls continued my entire 2 week stay. Also, I kept being charged an additional $24.95 and no one could tell me why I was being charged that. I was told they weren't charging but it was on my bank statement and my email as a charge from them. Even on my day of checkout I was charged that additional amount.

Saving grace for this place is location, on/off highway and plenty of food places to walk to, Starbucks is literally next door. If you're just looking for a place to sleep after you're done exploring this is the place, you want a place with a awesome pool and amenities keep looking.

This hotel accomplished what I needed in a hotel for the days I stayed there; it has everything my family needed at the time and not far from any additional amenities we needed if we had to go out for a while.

So many roaches. We had to leave the room and the front desk guy was beyond rude and inconsiderate. There were reviews we saw after saying there were roaches in room 310 and they gave us room 310 knowing full well it was infested. Disgusting

We chose the room with jetted tub. Jets were full of hair. Breakfast was rotten apples, there was one grape jelly, and the mix to make waffles was like water.

Nothing was unique, the area was convenient and that is all. Lady at the front desk which I assume is property manager makes her own deposit pricing. They had roaches in the room and took two days to move to another room. They tried to get over on us with charges and overall the experience was not good at all.

worst hotel stay i have ever had. the lack of cleanliness was unbearable. i literally had roaches (plurral) running across the night stand in the middle of the night. for your sake pay thee extra 25 dollars a night to stay in another hotel

As well the breakfast was a plus that saved me abit of money since they offered free breakfast daily 6am-9am. My room also had a microwave which was useful not like other hotels that I gotta walk to the front desk but overall it was an amazing experience

The desk attendant at check in was not friendly at all. The place is filthy and the hallway carpets have stains all over and so did the sofa in our room. Absolutely gross! Candy on the floor (not ours) stains on the sheets, just a horrible place. Wouldn’t let me dog stay there!

The service here at this location was horrible. My Two daughters and I evacuated here, due to Hurricane Ida. The rates went up from previous checking,the front desk concerned was collecting funds,more than hospitality. The housekeeping service was horrible,(never had Two things that match). The housekeepers didn’t understand clear English well. The pool didn’t get cleaned through the entire Five day stay!! Just pathetic. After checking in, I saw that the towels were not changed and used soap was still there in the bathtub; These were taken care of after I reported. Later at the night, I saw that the bedsheet was crumpled everywhere. When I reported the problem, the front desk girl told me to come down, take the bedsheet and pillow cover, and then make the bed by myself! The room had a strong chemical odor, and I could get the air freshener on the next day after following up several times. I stayed in the hotel for 7 days in total. The breakfast was almost the same every day and sometimes not fresh enough. It was hard to get basic services at times as the hotel was understaffed. The trash from the room was not cleaned every day and so people were piling trash in the hallway. The bathroom in my room was cleaned only once in seven days. There are blackout drapes in the rooms, but those do not cover the whole length. The sides of the door have wide gaps to make the room bright at night; light also comes in through the eyehole. The rooms are not soundproof as advertised and it was quite a disturbance at times. The Wi-Fi is free but does not work always; there is a limit on how many users can login at the same time. The plug point in the bathroom was not working and the problem not solved at all after reporting.

After checking in, I saw that the towels were not changed and used soap was still there in the bathtub; These were taken care of after I reported. Later at the night, I saw that the bedsheet was crumpled everywhere. When I reported the problem, the front desk girl told me to come down, take the bedsheet and pillow cover, and then make the bed by myself! The room had a strong chemical odor, and I could get the air freshener on the next day after following up several times. I stayed in the hotel for 7 days in total. It was not the best because the toilet wasn’t flushing, my baby found a bug in the room, the pool stay freezing cold, the spa tub never got hot. The employees were slow to respond but they were short staffed.

The description of this hotel was NOT accurate. Granted we were only staying one night, but the beds were lumpy and too hard; the smoke detector chirped all night long; there was a roach in the bathroom when I woke up the next morning; the breakfast was literally a banana and a muffin...no waffles as the pics showed, no boiled eggs, nothing. We were placed in a handicapable room and the shower head was not adjustable. The hotel is under construction apparently. The night person was friendly. The only good thing about this hotel is that it sits behind a Starbucks. Yes it was a cheap stay of $70 but even for that price I would hope that bugs wouldn’t be an issue.

The room was nice and spacious. They are undergoing construction on the first floor so it was unsightly in some parts. I would stay here again though.

It was exactly what i expected for what i paid. The rooms and hallways smelled of stale cigarettes. The bed was soft and the ac worked great.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit raggedy and was given a little “face lift” with some paint and a few upgrades. There weren’t consistent features amongst rooms, like the blow dryers, clocks and phones. I think because it was a pet friendly & an old hotel, it had an odor to my room when it became a little too warm.

When I checked in there was no soap and only a half roll of toilet paper. I was told if I wanted fresh towels to bring dirty towels to front desk I order to get fresh ones. Not happy about that at all. Said no linen service due to coronavirus virus. I was staying three days. Unbelievable!

The price was good. The manager was absolutely horrible. He was rude and disrespectful and threatening to the point we had to involve the police. He caused us to have a miserable start to our trip and added expense and an injury to my back from having to move to a different hotel. I will never go back and niether will my fellow employees. I know have charges on my credit card that so far have taken a total of 2 hours to get straightened.

I liked the location and it was quiet. There was nothing that I didn't like about our stay. Thank you

Staff was excellent, polite, and helpful. Second floor had a very pungent curry smell throughout the hallway the entire time I was there.

It started off great until the next morning the desk agent tried to get more money out of us after we had already paid threw hotels.com a month in advance saying my card wasn't going threw and she going to cancel the hotel.com reservation and book threw them and call them later to get my money back when i called hotels.com they looked angry especially when i said they was calling them and it went threw our first room the tv was falling over we had to change then my water came out Brown then the next morning i opened my door and was met with a cloud of smoke when the housekeeper opened up the door across from me that also had a No smoking sign on it then we come back my nephew and cousin door knobs feel off while they was trying to enter their rooms it was truly a weekend of what's going to happen next

The area that it is located and some of the people in the area were definitely questionable. When we requested towels in the morning, they never brought them up so we went and got them ourselves. We missed breakfast because the front desk clerk said they stop at 10, however they stopped serving at 9. Huge disappointment when u wake up hungry. Overall i give the Hotel a 3 and it most likely would not be my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice to stay in next time.

The property is great and clean nice staff but I didn’t like that my toilet in my room does not flush
