We stayed here for two days because I had appointments at MD Anderson cancer center, first the review said there is breakfast with our stay! No breakfast at all..then the water in our sink did not work so they changed us to another room and the same thing NO WATER! The second room they put us in was next to a couple that were fighting and smoking weed all night..the smell came in our room told the front desk and was told that they would let the manager know..no one came to check..never staying here again!!!

Everything was nice, except for the strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room. When we first got in, it smelled like cleaning chemicals, but then that smell dissipated and we could smell the cigarette smoke very strongly.

The Staff was friendly and helpful during check in and check out. They say they have continental breakfast but was some yougurt and a honey bun. They did have 24 hour slushies, which was cool. but honestly the reviews were very good on this place but it wasn't that good.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Room was clean. Amenities as advertised. Only issue was strong mold smell in room when we first arrived...left door open for 30 minutes and it was better.

I really liked the place and had a wonderful experience while here! The only downside was the water pressure. Both for the sink and shower, the water pressure was low enough that it stood out. The water pressure for the sink would even drop lower at random points of the day before returning to where it was a while later.

This is a hotel that is unexpectedly clean, new safe and comfortable. For the price range this location had all the amenities that we desired. Typically, you would have to pay a much higher price for a high-end hotel to have these amenities. I would stay here again and again and again.

(Might skip one or two, i asked for the weekend not to be cleaned since i’d be in the room all day) In my opinion pillows are extra stuffed, however it didn’t remove comfort from my sleep.

The mirrors are double mirrors which means other people are able to see your personal business. So the mirrors should be more private for customers. But other then that awesome hotel. Great customer service.

When I talked with the guy in the office, who I'd not seen before, he basically called me a liar. He said the room had been rented out at 3:30. I have been a custom home builder and know the sound of the tools. I know what was being done. When I explained everything , he still denied any work was done. He offered nothing that would have made me feel he cared about my no sleep night. I will not give this place a good review after being called a liar, and I want reimbursement for my last night of 4 nights. I traveled a long way and paid a lot of money to stay at the Palace Inn on Federal Road in Houston. This was a terrible way to finish out an otherwise wonderful experience in Texas.

The experience was wonderful until Saturday night. At 1:30, someone started using a diamond blade tile cutter in the next room.. It went on until after 3:30. I didn't call the office because the guy doing the work was parked next to me, and I feared retribution. I like that the worker is kind enough to change our room cause that first room smell like piss. I dont like the fact that when i review the area before i booked it, it look good and with excellent reviews but when i arrived the area is dirty.

The TV kept turning on by itself throughout the night. We tried to turn it off multiple times, but each time, it would just turn back on at a louder volume than before. It had been malfunctioning, and I started to panic. My heart raced in the middle of the night from the shock of it all. No matter how many times we turned it off, it just kept coming back on, even louder. This had never happened to me before.

Hotel de estrada, mas os quartos são limpos e grandes. Tem lavanderia e é muito melhor do que de outros hotéis. O café da manhã não consumi porque achei bem simples. Ao lado do Sixflags. Vale a pena ir até de Uber, ou caminhando, porém estava muito quente no dia, nada dava para ir a pé, o estacionamento do parque é bem carinho.

Was very clean and spacious. The person at the front desk even let us check in early so we didn’t have to lug or bags around. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Property appears new and spacious. Friendly front desk. We stayed for a night and it met our needs. Room had musty smell when we entered but after keeping the door open, the smell reduced. Price wise, it was almost the same as other mainstream chains.

Everything is pretty new so it’s very clean. We got a smoking room and thankfully it didn’t smell like a smoking room. They even have complimentary toothbrushes with toothpick which I thought was a good little bonus
