Everything was clean. The hotel provided all the necessities for the room. It was very easy to check in & out. The staff were very friendly and nice. The air was very cold, I really enjoyed that as well. I enjoyed my stay.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! the homeless run in an out of the property all day and all night, rooms smell like they’ve been getting smoked in since the 1500s, trash all over the parking lot, stained amenities, overall was a HORRIBLE experience. Lucky I have friends and family who live in Houston so I didn’t NEED to stay there! Very disappointed. If I could leave negative stars I would

Room was clean with freezing cold air conditioning...meaning ac works really well. Parking was always available. The staff was swift to meeting needs when items were requested.

First of all we had to switch rules twice because the first one that they gave us had them dirty linen, and the toilet was disassembled. The second room was dirty sheets and linens were not clean. I was told by the manager they would give us a discount for staying there and dealing with the inconvenience upon my checkout, but when I checked out manager act like he never said anything about the discount and basically disregarded it everything that he had said worst property I would not stay here again. I would not recommend anybody else. Stay here again. The staff was horrible. Property was unsecure. There were a lot of vagrants running through ice machine was broken. worst day ever.

Had just 24 hours at the property but appreciated the modern comforts and fast Wi-Fi. Would gladly return on my next visit.

The floor was a bit dirty because I had white socks and they got dirty. The couch had a burn stain on it. One of the lamps was not working. There was no soap holder in the shower. And they charge a security fee of $25 which was refundable but still. Such lousy service do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have no alternative.

Room didn’t look nothing like the picture on web site. An I didn’t find out about the $25 deposit fee until I got to the property. I payed for 3 rooms with king beds. One was a queen bed. Told manager an he didn’t fix the situation False advertising. Room are not clean as the pictures look on line. Definitely want book another

Everything they gave me two horrible roooms, then when I asked for a refund, an attitude was given , a room was eventually found for me , it wasn’t as comfortable as I would like to be visiting family , not only that ROACHES is EVERYWHERE, the sheets wasn’t cleans neither restroom, I hope someone else have a better experience than I did , I was told management was switched but should you know which rooms made up or not?? And I wrong from not really enjoying my stay, I M very grateful but I wasn’t comfortable

They deleted my reservation from their system without notifying or refunding me, leaving me scrambling to find a new place to stay. also, there were cockroaches in the waiting room and the property was littered with piles of trash almost as tall as I am, and the entrance was hard to find, as it was down an alleyway. I really wish this was hyperbole, but it's not.

Half of the outlets didn’t work. The light next to the bed had no lightbulb and the outlet didn’t work. It claimed to be a non-smoking room, but it’s smelled like bleach, and when the bleach wore off, it smell like smoke. People were smoking outside the room and it blew in every time the air air conditioner came on. There are people living at the hotel, and they are very sketchy looking.

I made a reservation, they confirmed me availability, I arrive at the hotel and it turns out that there are no rooms available, what is going to happen to my money? I have not canceled anything, I had to look for another hotel in the city because you did not have rooms available. They kept my money, they only returned 7 dls of 70 dls. I don't recommend them Terrible place, first they tell you that they have rooms available, you make the reservation online, you pay online and when you arrive at the hotel there are no rooms and they do not return your money, they keep it and report as if you had canceled the room, if you want to lose money this is the best place, if you want to stay without a place without sleeping at night, this is the best place

I wish I could share pictures of bunch of hair on bed, i book none smoke room but smelled smoke and mold, ac so noisy, and really unsafe area. I check ratings online shows good but if i want to rate it i’ll give it poor

Deposit is required at this prison camp looking motel, if you cannot pay the deposit they will keep your money and not let you stay all with a big fake smile. They will also lie to you and tell you they will refund you but they won’t. They are thief's here and hotels.com advocates for them they too also do not care about the actual customer.

Meanwhile, I found an old towel with old soap attached to it…sitting in the shower area and cigarette burns on the bed comforter. Did I mention, the roaches that were checked in to the room as a long stay guest as well. Improvements with cleaning, pest control and customer service would be a great suggestion.

When I first checked in, the room they put me in was roach INFESTED. EVERY room has roaches and they do nothing about it. After being moved from that first room, they put me in a room that had a USED bandaid on the shower wall indicating that they do not do cleaning only change linens IF they even do that. If you have no problem with addicts, homeless and obnoxious people well this is the motel for you. No sleep with the constant noise/arguments outside. Kids up till 12/1am running around. Wifi poor but other amenities were as described.

Overall the stay was great. There were a few guests that weren’t courteous and would be excessively loud past midnight.

The air conditioner wasn’t running when we got there. I would suggest showing up, turning on the AC, then go out and let it cool down the room.

I would not return to this location the first room I was given when I opened the door the smell of Marijuana hit me in the face and if that wasn’t bad enough there were dead bugs on the bed and laying around on the TV entertainment center I walked back down and advised the gentleman he quickly gave me a suit that was acceptable however I will not go back

The room smelled of cigarettes, there was a roach in the bed, thin walls so you could hear everything. You can tell they try to improve the rooms but this was an absolute no for us.

After I paid the night, when to the room and the room had smoke smell. I had to cancel the reservation, I am still waiting for the management to return my money. I had to move to another hotel. Clients was smoking marihuana at the parking lot.

The parking lot and grounds were full of trash...everywhere...stunk outside of the rotting trash...the room was clean, nice, & comfortable....excellent fluffy pillows too!!

I didn’t like that the appearance of the hotel is not nice, people actually live there like if there are ghetto apartments.
