Breakfast was ok for a free breakfast, coffee in breakfast area was always hot and fresh. My mom and kids enjoyed the waffle station. Dislikes: the pool was dirty however the patio area around was not dirty. The pool needs to be tended to professionally by a pool maintenance company. I saw a front desk employee treating the pool and that shouldn’t fall to front desk people’s responsibility. The breakfast needs more fruit options. And for some reason my card keys for the room kept needing to be reactivated even though I kept it in the envelope. All in all, I will come stay again and expect the wonderful employees to still be there. Thank you for making my family and me feel welcome.

1st we asked for cleaning to come back as they came early in morning. Came back late afternoon and room was not cleaned. Went to desk and was told that they would not return to clean and bring towels. Convinced Desk to at least provide fresh towels. Thought this was unsat. But stay overall was good.

na the room was very hot called front desk and the manger was coming to check on AC no one showed up next day went to check out ask for manger the maintance guy lied and gave me a fake name and stated he will be back at 2pm called back 2pm no manger by the name given explain to the front desk person my suituation she statedt the manger left due to emergernecy . I explain to her I will contact corp. office but she didn't care so I will not visit this hotel again and I will post everywhere to let everyone know its not a good place to go all the employees are liars ,

This is the worst comfort suites I’ve ever seen the entire hotel is dirty it stinks there is trash in the hallway and dead roaches in my room. DO NOT book this place

I've been here a while since I relocated and looking for a place. The location is close to all the shopping places that I needed and the staff was friendly any time we needed something.

The beds are comfortable. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist when you need it. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast daily and used the laundry room once and everything was up to my standards.

It wasn’t horrible but the smell of weed was saturated in the building. It was everywhere. I’m not sure id stay there again. It wasn’t something I couldn’t stay in but I’d rather not with my family

Great quite stay

Nothing at all The beds were dirty, they didn’t wash anything after the last person. They just made the beds as is. The lady tried to say it was dirty from us when we JUST checked in & made it up to the room. The location is not good & the parking is terrible. The side doors don’t open so we have to walk all the way around the building late at night just to go inside. The ac didn’t work so we slept in the room sweating all night and when I told them they sent maintenance up and he told me I was lying, the ac does work but he realized how hot it was in the room so he had someone bring us a floor fan but did nothing about the ac.

However the customer service could be worked on. At check-in I was spoken to directly but the two behind the counter about whatever show they were watching in the back office. Other than that it was a good stay.

There was no detergent for purchase on premises and the is only one washer and one dryer. The dryer was not working (accepting coins). Continental breakfast was subpar. Very limited choices. Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable. The price was a bit high for what ammeneties they offer

-AC broken and obnoxiously loud. Either it’s hot without the AC or couldn’t sleep cause the blower motor was busted. -Washer and Dryer on second floor is so loud we couldn’t sleep. Sounded literally like bricks were in it (i’m not even being dramatic). -Was told the moment we checked in that the jacuzzi we specifically payed extra for “works but can’t stay in there for longer than an hour due to leaks” and once we got to the room the knobs were broken. -Had the DND sign the first day but taken off same day and the room did not get cleaned the entire time we were there. Even leaving early in the morning and being gone most of the trip. -Breakfast was disappointing -Hotel smells like bad weed on all floors

When we arrived, I asked the lady that checked us in if we could have a room closest to the elevator if not on the first floor because my sister had scoliosis and it’s hard for her to walk along distance unfortunately she was unable to get us near the elevator we ended up walking about halfway to 3/4 of the way down the hall from the elevator Other than that, it was a nice stay

We had an okay stay at this Comfort Inn. We didn’t sleep very good at all, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room had a horrible smell.

All in all, my stay was solid! Nice comfortable room! Was a little small but still comfortable! Breakfast was very mediocre and parking was minimal and somewhat inconvenient

Dont get the catalytic converter cut out of your truck in their parking lot. They have signs. Definitely dont ask for a refund. Should have read the signs

My mother & i stayed there for 3 days while we were there for my nephew's wedding. Everyone was friendly & helpful and the room was clean & comfortable. Very pleased!

My AC was not working had to get front desk in my room 3 times kept saying wait 10 minutes each time never worked my husband went once more and asked him to change us room cause we paid full price for our room for the AC not to work!

It was kinda nosey at night. I didnt feel that the staff tried to quiet the people that were being loud and it was on the first floor in close proximity to the front desk. I also clearly heard a vacuum one night at close to 2am. It was clean, but due to the noise every night (5 nights) I wouldn't pick this hotel again. Please train your staff to address noises so that other guests can actually sleep.

We came into town for the FBU Football Camp. Stayed here anf signing in and out was quick and both ladies were very friendly snd courteous.

The first two night were good until the heat didn’t work and then they had to change my room which made it all better

Room well appointed and generally clean. There was someone's hair wadded up in the corner of the bathroom floor - could benefit from enhanced cleaning in this area. Staff were generally helpful at check in and out. Breakfast offerings were typical. We were victims of a hit and run in the parking lot. Were not able to view footage amd tried for several hours in the morning to file a police report- Houston PD and Sheriff were not helpful in even letting us do that. Overall ok hotel, comfy bed, and some areas that can benefit from a through cleaning.

During my stay from Dec 6th- 9th, I was involved in a bad car wreck to where I had to wait a bit after my checkout at 11 am Monday morning. I don’t live in Houston so I had nowhere else to go , I lived in another state , and I was just there for a 4 day visit. I had asked a trusting worker at the time if I could stay to wait on my parent who had to drive 6 hrs to come and get me, I had no where else to go , around the 2 and a half hour mark, that worker’s shift was up and the next worker kicked me out of the hotel knowing my situation, she put me out in the cold with just my blanket and my phone on 10%. I know the actions that happened to me was none of their fault but it was the generous act of the previous worker to let me stay to wait on my ride instead of her just tossing me out like the next worker did. So I had to wait some time sitting outside of the hotel on the ground in the freezing cold until a nearby friend came to let me sit in their car in the parking area. Since I had already had a room there I would have thought it would’ve been alright for me to sit there safe to wait, I wasn’t bothering any one at all, I was in the lobby with the belongings i did have on me. But It was no harm in waiting for my guardian to come and get me. I wasn’t a threat to anyone neither. But the worker was just saying just because i didn’t have a room any more that I had to leave the premises even though i waited there ahead of time already. I just hoped for more sympathy & generosity.

The staff was good to me and refunded a 2nd night stay after my scheduled changed.

I like the fact that the staff accommodated my wishes to be moved to another room. It wasn’t too loud. They had breakfast so, that was a good thing as well.

Didnt like that we couldnt take our Breakfast to our room. They had signs all over the place. The smoke alarm kept chriping, the door had damage or something. Staff was always doing faces to the guests.

The property was fine. The room wasn’t as clean. I found hair in the tub and the floors weren’t that clean. Tv issues remote wouldn’t connect with the box. I think it was more of a battery issue but, they tried to tell me it wasn’t because it lit up dimly. I have stayed here more than once

Our stay was awful. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. We arrived around midnight after a very long car ride. The woman at the front desk was on her cell phone, on speaker phone the entire time she was checking us in which took 20 minutes because she kept messing up. They reuse the key cards- to the point that they don’t work because they are worn out. Ours worked 1 time. When I went to the front desk to ask for a new on, instead of getting me a new key, she walks me to my room to “show me”’it works. She has so swipe it about 25 times and then I finally unlocked the door. She handed me the key back and walked off. Same thing with our tv remite- it would work. So she comes into our room, had to click the ok button while circling the whole tv for like 3 minutes and it finally reset the remote but the volume button still wouldn’t work. When I asked her if we could have a different remote, she said “no, just turn the volume up and down using the buttons on the tv.” The entire 4 days were like this. House keeping ran out of towels and wash rags when I asked at the front desk (because the whole 4 days no one came to clean our room, bring fresh linens or anything) so the lady tells me they are all being wash and to ask again later. So I wait 6 hours, come back and she acts like this conversation never happened and was refusing to give us any towels or rags. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP OR EXAGGERATING. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.!

Bathroom shower was clogged and filling up as i was showering. Wouldn't drain. Air conditioner was okay, didnt cool down the room very well.

I didn’t like anything about it! The first room the tub was rusted and bathroom was dirty. The second room the bed had things in hair on it! The never changed it before I came! They had a dead roach by the bed! I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room myself! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! And I have pictures of everything if you would like to see them!

The comfort Inn is not what it used to be. The pool area needed cleaning, the staff barely spoke english, the bed/bedding was horrible (hard and squeaky), breakfast was blah especially when you cook the sausage and eggs in the microwave. My key card kept deactivating and had to go to the service desk. This is not what it was a few years back. I wont be going back. Upgrade and modernize. Disappointed 😞!

Everything was great but the shower head was not as good as I expected, water was not coming out fast, I think it was plugged.

If you want to stay in a hotel with few to no english speaking staff go for it, however we were kept up until 3 in the morning due to a dosmetic drunk display in the hallway and rooms close to us that went on for too long. It made for a difficult situation to tell the front desk as well as expect any communnication between him and the people keeping everyone up. We had running and stomping above us until wee hours as well Then the next morning the icing on on the cake was the breakfast, not sure the hotel even had a kitchen so cue the microwave for sausage and some form of what looked like sliced boiled eggs but who knows! Overall no, wouldnt do this one again. Oh and they turned the hot tub into a kiddie pool, yes we were actually told it wasnt a hot tub when it clearly was.We asked to speak with the manager and was told he would be in at 10am but he never showed, at this point it was a pleasure to check out and leave.

Also the door handle in my room came off, the manager tried to repair it, I felt uncomfortable and they did move me to a different room, which I appreciated.

The room keys were not available. So staff had to walk us to our room. There was remodeling being done with items all over the floor in the lobby and breakfast area that could have easily been tripped over. Noise level in lobby and breakfast area was awful. It would have been nice if we had know of the remodeling. We would have booked another Comfort Inn

I enjoy this location. It’s near some great mom and pop restaurants and food trucks along with major retailers.

Aside from not being able to take your complementary breakfast to go eat in your room, my stay was enjoyable.

The first room I was assigned to smelled like smoke, the lady was really nice and switch the room. I was disappointed in breakfast I previously call and was told there is some type of meat each morning however there was zero meat. Had to go out for breakfast.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. First place I've been to that did not have orange juice. My husband was a little sad about that. Overall we were happy with our stay. Would stay there again.

The two ladies who check me in and out was very pleasant and helpful. My key didn’t work and immediately she came up to replace my key. Room was clean overall nice stay.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Linen and towels were clean. Breakfast was simple, but enough to fill you up (eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, baggles, bread, cereal, bananas, juice and coffee).

The wifi was horrible and the room had a slight smell to it.

8 different stains on the carpet, some as big as a wash cloth. Breakfast was terrible, no OJ, No eggs at all. They just had sausage and potatoes as the hot food.

2nd trip that I didn't receive my wake-up call. Weekend breakfast was cheap, no meat or eggs. The room smelled musty.

Over all a good experience and nice rooms.

The room wear missing a phone and the heater didn’t work. The manager fixed the ac but we had to walk down to get someone to help us. We are elderly and it was an inconvenience to us not having a phone. We wanted a different room but they didn’t have one that was handicap accessible.

My room was changed due to first room appeared to look like someone was murdered and had stains on floor with wet smell. The next room smell was even worst and the bedding was dirty we had to have to cleaning lady to change. The smell was horrible and smelled like mold.

The floor on the room was kind of loose, tremble while walking over. All other stuff was ok. Good ratio price value.

We got ripped off of 2 hours of hour stay because the staff physcially wrote to check out at 10 am, on our keycard holder. Check out was advertised and purchased at noon. My guest had to peave the hotel and walk Houston streets because of their theft. Additionally, the staff was still cleaning rooms when we checked in at 5 pm. Staff is really nice though. Expedia womt let me post this claiming profanity, personal info or prices or rates were mentioned. This review was left of google and will now be edited to onclide expedias deception. Wont be buying a room through them anymore!

I was miserable all night!!!

They made me sign something about not smoking in the room or I would have to pay 250$ extra .. But as soon as i go to the room and open the door , room smelled like a chimney .. Curtain at the window had tears and paint on wall was pealing

Bathroom toilet would not flush completely.mildew around toilet base.Sink had a buildup in the bowl overflow drain.not vacuumed will crumbs at top of bed area under lamp table.Musty smell when entering room, really noticeable that night when I returned

The only thing is that the carpet needs to be shampoo. They are vacuumed, but not shampooed.

Only thing I didn’t like was they added $50 on my card and said it was for security deposit. That it would be put back on among checkout . I don’t smoke and the room was left in perfect condition except the bed was slept in . I haven’t gotten my $50 back yet .

Our home was without power after a quick storm and it was too hot to stay home. We were glad to arrive here which is near our home and it is a super clean and nice place to stay at.
